Death of Male Prostitute at Wealthy Democrat Donor’s Home Ruled ‘Accidental’

Police have closed their investigation into the drug overdose death of a male prostitute at the West Hollywood home of a high-profile donor to the Democratic Party.

Gemmel Moore, 26 (pictured inset), was found dead on July 27 at the home of Edward Buck, a wealthy donor to the California and Los Angeles County Democratic Party, according to the WeHo Times.

The Los Angeles County Coroner ruled Moore’s death an accidental overdose, so police have ruled out foul play.

But Moore’s family believes his death is no accident.

Moore’s mother, LaTisha Nixon, told the WeHo Times that her son made a living as a sex worker in the past few years. She said she believes Buck liked giving black males intravenous drugs and watching their reactions.

I called one of my son’s friends and was like, ‘who the hell is Edward Buck?‘” Nixon said. “And my son’s friend was like, ‘Oh my God, that’s that white guy, that wealthy white politician guy…’ He was like ‘Oh my God…’,” said Nixon.

When he calmed down, he told me that Ed Buck was one of my son’s clients and that Ed Buck was one of his clients as well,” Nixon said. “[Buck] would have my son to go out to… Santa Monica Boulevard looking for young gay black guys so he could inject them with drugs, see their reaction and how [they] would react and take pictures of them,” she said.

Nixon said investigators told her no drugs or drug paraphernalia was found in Buck’s home.

But an unidentified source who also turned tricks for Buck told the WeHo Times that Buck often provided him with drugs.

The source said Buck seemed to “get off on getting you higher and higher.”

Nixon described a late night phone call from her son who sounded panicked.

He called me crying. Three minutes on the phone hollering and I’m like ‘What the hell is going on?’”

He said ‘This man, he shot me up with something I don’t even know what it is,’ and I’m like, my son is having a breakdown or episode. But he sent me pictures of his arm, his arm was red.”

Nixon said Moore filed a police report, but WeHo Times was unable to obtain a copy of the police report.

Nixon said her son returned home to her after the incident.

Yes, my son was an adult and didn’t live a fairy tale perfect life, but he didn’t deserve to die this way,” she said.

Buck, who also served as a West Hollywood councilman, earned his millions pioneering computer technology, according to the Daily Mail UK.

‘Is it ever OK being content as the side chick?’ Tonight on “Conversations Of A Sistah”

You know that woman who does absolutely nothing for the project, but still receives a good grade for all of the hard work the other person puts in? Yeah well That’s a side chick. Reaping the benefits of a relationship without actually putting in the work for it. And that’s why side chicks are becoming such a big deal. This generation of women would much rather take the easy route out, instead of settling down and sticking it out in a functional, serious relationship.

Some may argue that being a side chick isn’t a very attractive option, and that women take the back seat to the main woman in a man’s life. But in this case, it’s all about perspective. While some may see it as coming second, some women see it as coming first without ever having to run the race. Some women feel as if they’ve already paid the price of being in the “main woman” seat for many years, therefore content with having the new “side chick” status.

Nine times out of 10, the side chick knows of the man’s current relationship status. And more often than not, she is the shoulder to cry on, the therapist he confides in when he is having relationship issues. One of the most appealing aspects of being a side chick is not having to worry about the arguments. Since the man often comes to the side chick to complain about the issues he’s having in his main relationship, the side chick generally experiences the “good side.”

Can you recognize ‘the voice’ of the enemy? Tonight on “Conversations Of A Sistah”

Yes that’s right the enemy has a voice.

Case in point. The serpent. Sometimes he gets a little help from his human friends. Case in point. Goliath. Sometimes he talks in the form of spirits. Case in point. Legions. Sometimes he speaks through diviners and soothsayers. Bottom line. He knows how to talk and will do so through other people.

And, as for we humans, we know how to listen. Sometimes we know the enemy is speaking and we listen anyway. But all too often, we do not even recognize his voice at all and when you don’t recognize the voice of the enemy, he will rule or ruin your life.

Can you recognize ‘the voice’ of the enemy in your life?

Tune into “Conversations Of A Sistah” “LIVE” on blog talk radio at 6:30 p.m. EST with host Tracy L. Bell for her commentary on this perplexed subject, Can you recognize ‘the voice’ of the enemy?

We hope to meet you on the air.

Celebrity Seed: Tiger Woods Daughter Indeed a Black Girl

Former Golf legend Tiger Woods was spotted with his 10-year-old daughter Sam Alexis Woods. Tiger and Sam were spotted on a father-daughter outing while vacationing in Miami, Florida on Saturday.

Woods has been spotted out with his children on several occasions since his humiliating arrest for driving while under the influence near his Jupiter Island mansion in May. He entered a drug rehab facility for about a week. He continued the treatment program on an outpatient basis.

Tiger is pictured below with Sam as a toddler in 2009.

Suicide

Manhattan Couple Jump off office building, woman left note that said, “Our kids are upstairs, please take care of them”

A 53-year-old chiropractor and his wife jumped to their deaths from a midtown office building after typing double suicide notes complaining about their financial woes.

The NY Daily News reports that the couple jumped from the ninth floor of his office, which had recently been permanently closed.

The couple landed in the street near the sidewalk in front of the 14-story office building at Madison Avenue and East 33 St. around 5:45 a.m., police said.

A note found inside a Ziploc bag in the woman’s pocket read: “Our kids are upstairs, please take care of them.”

The Ziploc bag also contained a letter from the chiropractor along with their ID cards.
The man’s letter read: “WE HAD A WONDERFUL LIFE,” before touching on their spiraling debt.

The note continued: “Patricia and I had everything in life” but “we can not live with” the “financial reality,” sources said.

A double suicide is unusual even for New York City and I when I saw the headline I thought it was “fake news”.

“It’s awfully scary and sad,” said Cortney Jekielek, 36, who deejays at 305 Fitness gym down the block. “We had to cancel classes but so what? This is terrible,” she said.
The couple lived in downtown Manhattan.
