He’s trained professional athletes as well as personal fitness training. He’s a motivational speaker and fitness is his drive!

“You Just Don’t Wake Up Strong” is his new book which is a testament to both his failures and his successes in life. From being told by doctors that he would never be able to play football, to becoming the number one top-performing player at Delaware State University.
Everybody is on a “fit kick” these days and working to make it a healthy choice and lifestyle change.
