ReadyWriter Production Company adds “Respect Yourself Campaign”

ReadyWriter Production Company is proud to present “A RESPECT YOURSELF” Campaign to raise awareness of the importance to “RESPECT” one’s self as well as others.

In today’s society it is very common to insult someone based upon their race, creed or individual preferences. If it’s easy to disrespect someone all in the attitude of hatred or dislike, it should be just as easy to respect another individual as a human being.

For disrespect is not something to accept.

“In recognizing the humanity of our fellow beings, we pay ourselves the highest tribute, when we RESPECT ourselves and one another.”

A lack of self-respect can prevent one from fulfilling their potential and developing healthy relationships. Often we respect individuals who are more accomplished than ourselves however, there is a basic level of respect that is a right and does not need to be earned.

Whatever you believe to be respect, apply it to yourself, don’t harm yourself or hurt yourself but instead, respect yourself!

Every individual is different and unique in their own right. It will always be impossible to respect someone else, if you can’t respect yourself first!

When it starts with you, respect is due!

And it’s a powerful thing, when respect you bring…

So join in with us… for it is health and strive each day to respect yourself!

‘When you Believe and your man Deceives’, Tonight on “Conversations Of A Sistah”

women_crying

Relationships are supposed to be built on trust, without trust and integrity between a man and a woman, there is no foundation to build upon in the relationship. Trust is supposed to be one’s conviction when faced with the temptation to venture outside of the relationship, be it in a committed marriage or in a courtship.

Your partner should be guarding your heart and your health, when making decisions that could affect you both.

For example, your partner should always be mindful to protect your heart, to ensure that you won’t get hurt emotionally or psychology and he should be mindful of your health by not having unprotected sex outside of the relationship.

Yet many women fall in love blindly by faith, believing in the thought of love with endless possibilities. And while no one man is perfect, a lot of women never listen to that inner-voice or inner-gut feeling, raising all of the red flags and blowing all of the inner whistles; that he’s being deceitful!

Joining me for my topic tonight, “When you Believe and your man Deceives” is ToniMarie Ricci, Author of the soon to be released book entitled “Scars of a Real Mob Wife”.

Toni Marie RicciToniMarie, is no fake! For her story is both heartbreaking and true! She has a compelling account of a love story that was so surreal, it made the heartbreak seem like an occurrence that was all the more outlandish.

She was not the daughter of a mobster but was ultimately married to one. Toni’s story harnesses true events and has captured admirers from all across the globe, anxiously awaiting the release of her book.

So join me at 8:00 PM tonight for a special one hour show, on “Conversations Of A Sistah” via “Conversations Live” as I address my caller almost a month ago and Toni Marie Ricci on tonight’s topic “When you Believe and your man Deceives”.

You can access the show here or at any of the “Conversations links” in this post!

Be there as she shares and I’ll meet you all on the air.

Adrian Peterson’s Baby Mama Is Revealed…Was she a good mother?

ADBM

After the two-year old son of Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson passed away from injuries he sustained during a horrific beating at the hands of his mother’s boyfriend, the child’s mother, Ann “Ashley” Doohen took to social media sites to post pictures of her son.

Ann took to her Facebook page early in the morning on Oct. 11 to post a picture of her beloved son as a newborn. Dozens of friends liked and commented on the picture, sending their thoughts and prayers to Ann as her son remained on life support, in critical condition, at a Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital. Tragically, the toddler, whom several Facebook users referred to as “Ty,” passed away later that day.

Ann was a wonderful mother, who showered her son with love and affection

Are her friends trying to appease her guilt? Where was she when her crazy ass boyfriend was pouncing on her son?

As for her boyfriend, Joseph Robert Patterson, 27, he was arrested in connection with the boy’s death on two counts: aggravated battery of an infant and aggravated assault. He was formally charged in his first court appearance on Oct. 11.

AP6

Adrian Peterson had met his son for the first time as the child lie on life support. He and Ann had been in disputes over the child’s paternity since the child was born.

Kwame Kilpatrick gets 28 years in prison

Kwame

He had it all, first serving as a democratic delegate in the house of representatives, then elected the first young African-American mayor in the city of Detroit. He made his mother Carolyn-Cheeks Kilpatrick (former U.S. House Representative) proud, after-all it seemed he was following in her footsteps with a successful career in politics.

None-the-less, all of those hopeful dreams came crashing down after the former mayor was sentenced to twenty-eight (28) years in a federal prison for public corruption today.

Kilpatrick had a lot of dirt on his hands and all of these crimes are compounded by the involvement of other city officials as well. Thirty four other people have been convicted in connection with this public corruption case.

Kilpatrick took bribes, misused nonprofit funds and abused his power as mayor, to steer an astounding amount of business to a best friend. He had affairs, elaborate strip parties, spa weekends, took jet-setting trips to Las Vegas at his leisure and had his entire family on the payroll at Detroit’s city hall.

There were a lot of key players on Kilpatrick’s team and their sentencing day will follow next week, including his father Bernard Kilpatrick who faces up to three years in prison on a single tax charge.

From Bitter to Better, “Enduring the Single Mother Struggle” Tonight on “Conversations Of A Sistah”

Damika Davis

It’s all too common of a story, boy meets girl, have baby with girl, break up with girl, than girl uses kid (s) as a weapon to destroy the child’s relationship with the father. Contrary to what many of you believe, this is a common occurrence in failed relationships. All in the act of a woman’s petty tactic of revenge.

In the meantime, nobody wins and the child or children miss out on what’s valuable in healthy relationships and suffer in the end.

This was somewhat the case with Damika Davis (pictured above), a single mother who is author of the book “Enduring the Single Mother Struggle”. Damika not only evolved in her experiences but in her book she shares her means for healing, the lessons she’s learned and the wisdom obtained in the midst of her own struggles.

Davis writes:

“In my selfishness, I pushed my child’s father away not allowing him an opportunity to try to be a father to his child……valuable time was lost but the wisdom I learned is a testimony to encourage other single mothers to get over it and endure.”

Book_Cover_Single mothersJoin me tonight at 8:00 PM on “Conversations Of A Sistah” via “Conversations Live” as my guest Damika Davis will discuss how she’s grown from bitter to better, “Enduring the Single Mother struggle”. Having found her purpose, sustained her family, maintained healthy relationships, having released distracting strongholds in order to ultimately seek peace.

As usual you can access tonight’s show at any of the “Conversations” links in this post!

I’ll meet you all on the air!
