Single Mothers…A Man Should be Secondary on Tonight’s “Conversations Of A Sistah”

Maleah Davis, the 4-year-old Houston girl who has been missing for 10 days, was reported missing by her caretaker. The caretaker gave a detailed account of what happened. But as the story unraveled, the caretaker becomes the suspect. The child has been missing since May 4th and hasn’t been found yet.

Her mother’s ex-fiancé was taking care of Maleah (pictured above), and said he and the girl were kidnapped by a trio of mysterious men near Houston, Texas. But police are finding more holes in the ex-fiancé’s story — as well as blood in his home and signs of decomposition in his car.

Tonight’s conversation is a call for single women to STOP leaving their defenseless minor children in the hands of boyfriends and/or other males who are not the child’s biological fathers.

Join host Tracy L. Bell in our studio at 6:30 p.m. EST for her commentary on “When moms are single a man should be secondary” on “Conversations Of A Sistah“.

Adrian Peterson’s Baby Mama Is Revealed…Was she a good mother?

ADBM

After the two-year old son of Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson passed away from injuries he sustained during a horrific beating at the hands of his mother’s boyfriend, the child’s mother, Ann “Ashley” Doohen took to social media sites to post pictures of her son.

Ann took to her Facebook page early in the morning on Oct. 11 to post a picture of her beloved son as a newborn. Dozens of friends liked and commented on the picture, sending their thoughts and prayers to Ann as her son remained on life support, in critical condition, at a Sioux Falls, South Dakota hospital. Tragically, the toddler, whom several Facebook users referred to as “Ty,” passed away later that day.

Ann was a wonderful mother, who showered her son with love and affection

Are her friends trying to appease her guilt? Where was she when her crazy ass boyfriend was pouncing on her son?

As for her boyfriend, Joseph Robert Patterson, 27, he was arrested in connection with the boy’s death on two counts: aggravated battery of an infant and aggravated assault. He was formally charged in his first court appearance on Oct. 11.

Adrian Peterson had met his son for the first time as the child lie on life support. He and Ann had been in disputes over the child’s paternity since the child was born.

Jerry Sandusky Sentenced!

After four months behind bars, former assistant Penn State football coach and predatory pedophile, Jerry Sandusky was sentenced today to 30 to 60 years in prison for sexually abusing 10 young boys over a period of 15 years. Sandusky has been in prison since his sentencing on June 22 and judging from the picture comparison above, prison and the shock of being convicted; is taking a toll on him already.

Sandusky is maintaining and insisting he’s innocent after releasing the following statement, which reveals his defiance:

“I didn’t do these alleged disgusting acts,” he said, echoing a statement he made on radio yesterday. “I speak today with hope in my heart for a brighter day…this is the worst loss of my life.”

However, three victims spoke in court and lead prosecutor Joseph McGettigan read letters from a victim and the mother of another boy abused by Sandusky.

“It’s time to stop coming up with excuses for your behavior,” said the first victim to speak, adding that the abuse led him to Christianity. “If you remain in denial…you won’t be able to receive the forgiveness that only He [God] offers.”

“The sentencing of Jerry Sandusky will never erase what he did to me,” said one man, “but he must pay for his crimes for which he has been properly convicted of.”

“You should be ashamed of yourself,” said another victim. “I want you to know I don’t forgive you and never will forgive you.“

Prosecutors concluded and which I agree, that Jerry Sandusky is a sick, disturbed man,” who targeted “the most vulnerable kids of all, kids in need.”

Sandusky will most likely die behind bars.
