‘Junior’ Gotti stabbed in fight, but won’t squeal

‘Junior’ Gotti stabbed in fight, but won’t squeal

John “Junior” Gotti, former Gambino crime family boss walked into a Long Island hospital clutching his bleeding gut Sunday night and calmly asked stunned staffers for a doctor, officials said.

Syosset Hospital employees called Nassau County police at 9:45 p.m. after the former mob star claimed he got stabbed in the stomach after breaking up a fight between strangers in the parking lot of a CVS pharmacy, DA sources said.

But the son of late “Dapper Don” John Gotti quickly clammed up when Nassau County cops interviewed him at the hospital and became politely “uncooperative” sources said.

“He didn’t say anything to us so there was really no lead to track down at that point,” a police source said.

Authorities are privately suspicious of the Good Samaritan story, sources said.

The Nassau district attorney is investigating the stabbing and plans to speak to CVS employees and to check for any surveillance footage of the purported melee.

A source said that Gotti is under no obligation to cough up information about the details of the incident but that a prosecution can still pursue the incident without his assistance.

Gotti’s injuries were not life-threatening and he was released Monday, sources said.

Bride Mimics Gruesome Wedding Cake

Gruesome wedding cake

Natalie Siderserf of Sideserf Cake Studio in Austin, Texas, designed the cake for her upcoming marriage to her fiancé, Dave. She said the female severed head depicts her, while the male head depicts Dave.

“We were watching a horror movie, and I was always interested in sculpting lifelike cakes, especially in the face, so I thought, ‘How neat would it be if I did our severed heads?’” Sideserf said. “And Dave was like, ‘That would be amazing.’”

She said the rainbow confetti vanilla-flavored cakes in pools of blood took around 40 hours to make. The lifelike heads were finished with vanilla butter cream frosting and chocolate.

The heads were served on a white board. Their dead eyes seemingly staring at the words ‘Till Death Do Us Part’.

Talk about extreme, this takes the cake!!

Bill de Blasio elected mayor of New York City

bill-de-blasio-celebrates-mayoral-victory

He’s the first democratic mayor in New York city after a twenty year republican reign.

He has the perfect platform, the perfect voice and a beautiful biracial family in these ever-changing tough economic times.

Bill de Blasio was joined by his family onstage to deliver a victory speech at  the Park Slope Armory YMCA after winning the New York City mayoral election last night. de Blasio proclaimed his landslide victory a mandate for his liberal agenda  and a change in course after two decades of Republican rule at City Hall.

People are tired and fed up and they want change as de Blasio held a commanding lead of 74% to 24% — the largest margin of victory  by a non-incumbent in any mayor’s race in city history.

The first lady of New York is an African-American woman.

Washington has Michelle Obama and New York has Chirlane McCray.

Nearly seven out of 10 voters said the city needed to move in a new direction  from Bloomberg’s policies, according to the survey conducted by Edison Research.  And among those wanting change, de Blasio triumphed, capturing 85% of their  votes.

At 52, de Blasio is one of the youngest men elected mayor of New York. And as such, he also represents a generational break from Bloomberg, a 71-year-old  billionaire Democrat-turned-Republican-turned-independent who had charted his own unique course for the city.

Bloomberg’s reign is over, there’s a new mayor in town and his name is Bill!

Gunman opens fire at Garden State Plaza Monday Night

article-gardenstateplaza03-1104

People fled, dropped their shopping and ran out of the Garden State Plaza in complete pandemonium as a gunman carrying an assault rifle, walked in and fired shots inside of the largest mall in Bergen County.

Clad in a black leather jacket and a biker helmet, the gunman stalked hallways firing at least seven shots before he is believed to have fled the mall leaving law enforcement officers scrambling, officials said.

Numerous witnesses described the scene as frightening and chaotic while people scrambled for safety as the gunman slowly made his way  through the mall, which is located at the intersection of Route 17 and  Route 4, near the Garden State Parkway in Paramus, NJ.

Police in Paramus called in SWAT units, and other local officers from surrounding cities and within minutes of the initial  reports the mall’s parking lot was swarming with police cars and SWAT buses.

So far no reports of anyone being injured and the gunman is still at large.
