Bill Clinton, Gossip, Hilary 2016, Hilary Clinton, Monica Lewinsky, What she said

Remember Monica Lewinsky?

i.2.s-monica-lewinsky-vf-pr

Well….she’s back and running her mouth about her infamous affair with former president Bill Clinton.

“I, myself, deeply regret what happened between me and President Clinton. Let me say it again: I. Myself. Deeply. Regret. What. Happened.”

Lewinsky said  “It’s time to burn the beret and bury the blue dress.” Guess she’s talking about the blue dress with President Clinton’s semen on it. Ugh!

Anywho…..After 10 years of virtual silence (“So silent, in fact,” she writes, “that the buzz in some circles has been that the Clinton’s must have paid me off; why else would I have refrained from speaking out? I can assure you that nothing could be further from the truth”),

Lewinsky, 40, says it is time to stop “tiptoeing around my past—and other people’s futures.”

“I am determined to have a different ending to my story. I’ve decided, finally, to stick my head above the parapet so that I can take back my narrative and give a purpose to my past. (What this will cost me, I will soon find out.)”

Sounds like Monica knows that if Hillary Clinton is the Democratic front-runner in the 2016 Presidential election, her name along with her affair with the former president will be resurrected from the shallow grave of the past.

Lewinsky said her notoriety for years has hurt her ability to get the kind of job she wants. She said she interviewed for communications jobs but was often told she wasn’t “quite right” for the position, or was courted just to help companies get media attention.

Lewinsky revealed that she was “suicidal” during the height of the Clinton administration scandal, though never actually tried to kill herself. As for why she’s coming forward, she said she wants to “get involved with efforts on behalf of victims of online humiliation and harassment and to start speaking on this topic in public forums.”

You can read Lewinsky’s story in Vanity Fair.

Paula Patton split from Robin Thicke over ‘affair with woman they were BOTH having a three-way relationship with’

Patton_Thicke

Paula Patton split with husband Robin Thicke because he was allegedly continuing an affair with a woman they were having a three-way relationship.

According to Star magazine, Paula and Robin had been carrying on a consensual ménage-a-trois with a massage therapist for two years. But when Patton, 38, allegedly found out the other woman – who is being called Jasmine – and her husband were having a two-person affair, she called a time out on her marriage.

Paula allegedly walked in on Robin and Jasmine while in the middle of a sexual act, but Thicke reportedly didn’t understand why his wife was upset. “Robin pushed Paula to allow Jasmine into the bedroom with tem in order to spice up their sex life, and she reluctantly agreed in an attempt to keep him happy”, the source explained.

Reports of Robin’s affairs and infidelities have been coming in thick and fast since their break-up, but and he initially seemed to be trying to win her back with public declarations of love at his concerts.

But now neither Patton nor Thicke are wearing their wedding rings, and the actress was recently seen cosying up to Jeremy Renner (pictured below), at the Independent Spirit Awards earlier this year.

Books, Conversations Of A Sistah, IN THE REAR-VIEW: MY LIFE NOT YOURS, Marshall Grier, Tracy L. Bell, What he said

His Life in the Rearview, tonight April 30…on “Conversations Of A Sistah”

back_of_book (1)He was a teacher for thirteen (13) years and a diligent varsity basketball coach in his prime, taking his team to its first Group State Championship at the school since 1929. Changing the presentation of his players to a professional platform by building a strong self-esteem, he exuded their confidence by having them wear suits and ties at all of their away games.

Not just concerned about their playing skills, abilities and talents but he was also an advocate for their education; having placed 48 out of 56 of his seniors in college during his coaching tenure at Passaic High School in Passaic, New Jersey.

A “Hands on” father with a twenty (20) year old son in college and a three time recipient of “Coach of the year“, Marshall Grier (pictured above), is a coveted street-ball player in virtually every basketball Pro-Am tournament in the Tri-State area with Prime-time.

Join me tonight on “Conversations Of A Sistah” via “Conversations Live” as I’m excited about talking to this son, brother, husband, father of one and friend, as we address his newly released memoir “IN THE REAR-VIEW: MY LIFE NOT YOURS“. A book that chronicles interesting stories of his life and the various obstacles and transitions he’s made into adult hood.

All “Conversation links” in this post make it possible to access the show!

See you on the air.

Donald Sterling, Racial Slurs, Racist, Racist remarks

Is Clippers owner, Donald Sterling really racist?

The Los Angeles Clippers have addressed the racist remarks attributed to owner Donald Sterling.

TMZ released on Friday night a taped conversation allegedly between Sterling and his girlfriend V. Stiviano, 38 (pictured above), in which Sterling asks Stiviano not to publicize her friendship with African Americans.

“It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people,” a man identified as Sterling says on the tape in reaction to Stiviano posting a photo on Instagram with Lakers legend Magic Johnson. “You can sleep with (black people). You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want. The little I ask you is not to promote it … and not to bring them to my games.”

The Clippers team said in a statement that the woman on the tape is “the defendant in a lawsuit brought by the Sterling family alleging that she embezzled more than $1.8 million, who told Mr. Sterling that she would ‘get even.’”

“Mr. Sterling is emphatic that what is reflected on that recording is not consistent with, nor does it reflect his views, beliefs or feelings,” the statement says.

“It is the antithesis of who he is, what he believes and how he has lived his life. He feels terrible that such sentiments are being attributed to him and apologizes to anyone who might have been hurt by them. He is also upset and apologizes for sentiments attributed to him about Earvin Johnson. He has long considered Magic a friend and has only the utmost respect and admiration for him — both in terms of who he is and what he has achieved. We are investigating this matter.”

This matter has garnered reaction from Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley, Snoop Dog and a whole host of others. Johnson tweeted that he will never attend a Clippers game again as long as Donald Sterling is the owner.

“I feel sorry for my friends Coach Doc Rivers and Chris Paul that they have to work for a man that feels that way about African Americans,” he wrote. “LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling’s comments about African Americans are a black eye for the NBA.”

Former NBA player Charles Barkley called for Sterling to be suspended and fined immediately.

Sterling was reportedly supposed to receive a lifetime achievement award at the Los Angeles NAACP’s 100th anniversary event on May 15.
