“It’s A Court Order For Siohvaughn Wade”

Dwayne Wade’s Ex-wife Siohvaughn, is being forced to have a psychiatric evaluation.

Lester L. Barclay, the appointed attorney to look out for the best interest of Wade’s children during the ongoing custody trial; said “Siovaughn Wade needs a check up from the neck up”.

According to new documents filed in Chicago the attorney claims, “There is a question being raised as to the mental condition and violent tendencies” of Siohvaughn Wade.

Now I know how some women tend to be vindictive and bitter after the break-up with their children’s father, but Barclay concluded that Siohvaughn has both “homicidal” and “suicidal” tendencies.

In the meantime… Barclay is asking the court to force Siohvaughn to undergo a psychiatric evaluation with a court-approved psychiatrist and wants their two kids to remain with Dwyane while the trial continues.

“An Arrest Was Made In Honor Student’s Death”

19-year-old honor student, Jessica Moore (pictured above), was killed on saturday night while saving her friend at a house party near Seton Hall University.

Police arrested Nicholas Welch at his home in East Orange, NJ, which was on the same block where the shooting took place.

Welch, 25, was denied entry into the off-campus fraternity bash, when he and 19-year-old Marcus Bascus returned to the party, kicked down the front door and opened fire on a group of innocent college students.

Both men are charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons possession, and cops are still hunting for Bascus.

Jessica Moore, a psychology major from Virginia, was killed in the hail of bullets as she jumped in front of her friend Nakeisha Vanterpool, of The Bronx. Four other victims were wounded as well.

“Aretha Franklin’s Son Severely Beaten”

Aretha Franklin’s son was severely beaten at a gas station in Detroit, the singing legend’s spokeswoman said Tuesday.

Eddie Franklin was attacked Monday night and was undergoing surgery at a hospital, Gwendolyn Quinn said in a statement. She said three people may have been involved in the attack, but did not address a possible motive.

Quinn told The Associated Press she didn’t have any additional information beyond the written statement.

Detroit police spokeswoman Eren Stephens said a female acquaintance was with Franklin just before the beating took place. The woman walked into the gas station, and when she returned, the assault had taken place, Stephens said.

Police said the woman then drove Franklin to the hospital, dropped him off and headed to a police station to file a report.

Stephens said investigators want to talk to Franklin about the circumstances of the attack once he’s able to speak to them.

“Newark School Yard Shooter Pleads Guilty”

Melvin Jovel admitted that he was the shooter of all four victims in a Newark school yard on August 4, 2007.

Just a few days before his trial was set to begin, Jovel pleaded guilty to nearly all the charges against him. And I’m so glad, because this saves us all the pain and agony of reliving that horrible incident over and over and again. I pray the rest of his buddies in murder, will follow suit and do the exact same thing.

Jovel participated in the attack that killed 20-year-old Iofemi Hightower, 18-year-old Terrance Aeriel and 20-year-old Dashon Harvey. Aeriel’s sister, now 22-year-old Natasha, was shot in the face and is the lone survivor.

There are four remaining defendants who will stand trial. The first suspect to stand trial was Rodolfo Godinez, who was found guilty and is serving 245 years in prison.

When sentenced, Mr. Jovell will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Below, Jovel makes an “obsene gesture” as he is being led into the courtroom today.

Today marks the anniversary death of Tupac Shakur.

The West Coast emcee lost his life 14 years ago today after leaving the Mike Tyson – Bruce Seldon boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

My heart was broken when I heard the news.

To commemorate his memory I highlighted his video “Dear Mama”
