President Obama Denies High Murder Rate During His Presidency

obama-days-550x377“There is no growing crime wave” is what he said.

But the president appears to be in denial over the unprecedented spike in violent crimes during his two terms as president. In an op-ed published in the Harvard Law Review, Obama refused to take credit for a 10.8 percent increase in murders from 2014 to 2015 — the largest increase in a single year since 1971.

In his Harvard Law Review op-ed, Obama claimed crime “remains near historic lows,” and he was adamant that there “is no growing crime wave”.

The president, who has 11 days left in office, took pride in using his “clemency power” to pardon hundreds of hardened criminals back onto the streets — more than any president in history.

Obama bragged that he will be “the first President in decades to leave office with a federal prison population lower than when I took office.”

In an interview with a Chicago CBS News affiliate, the president blamed social media for providing a platform to broadcast high profile crimes, such as the one involving a white man who was tortured for hours by 4 young black people.

Obama called the senseless hate crime in Chicago “terrible” and “despicable”.

A Gofundme page set up for the victim, who is autistic, has collected over $129,000.

Mother, grandmother arrested for forcing girl to run for 3 hours

According to the Washington Post, Alabama authorities have arrested a stepmother and a grandmother for forcing a 9-year-old girl to run for 3 hours on Friday, as punishment for eating candy bars.

The girl’s stepmother, 27-year-old Jessica Mae Hardin, called police at 6:45 p.m., telling them Savannah was having a seizure and was unresponsive. Paramedics and deputies arriving at the home knew something wasn’t right.

Deputies were told that Savannah was made to run as punishment for lying to her grandmother, Joyce Hardin Garrard, 46, about eating her candy bars.

Without adequate water or salt intake after three hours of grueling roadwork, Savannah Hardin collapsed and suffered seizures. Savannah died Monday at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, of a cardiac arrest.

The sheriff’s press release said an autopsy report showed Savannah was extremely dehydrated and had a very low sodium (salt) level. A state pathologist ruled it a homicide.

Teen who butchered 9-year-old neighbor wrote killing her was amazing, enjoyable in her journal before going to church..

A Missouri teenager who admitted stabbing, strangling and slitting the throat of her neighbor Elizabeth Olten, wrote in her journal on the night of the killing that it was an “ahmazing” and “pretty enjoyable” experience” then headed off to church with a laugh.

These were the words written by Alyssa Bustamante (pictured above) that were read aloud in court on Monday as part of a sentencing hearing, to determine whether she should get life in prison or something less for the October 2009 murder of her neighbor (pictured left).

The journal entry was presented to the judge not long after Elizabeth’s mother and other relatives pleaded with Cole County Circuit Judge Pat Joyce to impose the maximum sentence on this sick little devil.

FBI agents seized the journal from Bustamante’s bedroom during a search of her family’s home the day after Elizabeth went missing as hundreds of volunteers scoured the rural area around St. Martin’s.

Bustamante suggested to FBI and the Missouri State Highway Patrol officials that the girl had probably been kidnapped and that whoever had done so deserved to be convicted.

At one point, law enforcement officers discovered a hole in the ground in the shape of a shallow grave near Bustamante’s home. They testified that Bustamante acknowledged digging it but said she just liked to dig holes. It was only later that Elizabeth’s body was found concealed under leaves in another grave in the woods behind the Bustamante home.

Cop Killer Shouts Obscenities In Court, He Also Killed His Baby Mama…

If you don’t believe the devil is real and can use people, please review the cop killer who had his day in court yesterday in Aiken, South Carolina. Check out how his behavior is animalistic and how at one point he uses obscenities at the judge and reporters.

Joshua Tremaine Jones, 26, was arrested Saturday and charged with shooting Master Public Safety Officer Sandra E. Rogers in Aiken, S.C. Saturday morning.

According to WRDW.com, Rogers, 49, was gunned down while responding to a call from a concerned citizen of suspicious activity at Eustis Park just after 7:30 a.m.

Jones is also charged with the shooting death of his girlfriend, Cayce Vice, who was shot once in the head in her Augusta, GA apartment on Saturday. Cayce (pictured above) was 5 weeks pregnant.

On Monday Jones stood before Judge Donna Williamson for a bond hearing in Aiken. He entered the courtroom wearing an orange and white striped jail jumpsuit. Jones appeared to be experiencing acute side effects of antipsychotic medications.

“Do you want to be screened for an attorney?” asked Judge Williamson.

“I don’t care!” Jones yelled back. After mouthing a few profanities in the direction of reporters, Jones turned his attention back to the judge.

“Do you have the income to hire an attorney on your own?” she asked him.

“Does it look like it? G** d******!” Jones answered back.

“What I saw in court today was a very disturbing individual. He appeared to show no remorse for the actions he had taken. He was disrespectful to the judge and others in the courtroom while he was there,” said Captain. Troy Elwell with Aiken County Sheriff’s Office.

Jones’ father, James, said his son suffers from mental problems, and he might have been off his meds during his explosive court appearance.

Jones’ father also told reporters he believes his son’s actions are the “work of Satan”.

“It’s purely the work of the devil. It’s got to be the work of Satan. It’s a spirit world that is way beyond us,” he said.

Crazed Brooklyn Man Burned Woman Alive Over Money

The man suspected of burning a Brooklyn woman alive in an elevator said he committed the heinous attack because the woman owed him $2,000.

Jerome Isaac, 47, of 315 Lincoln Place in Brooklyn turned himself into police Saturday night. He was reeking of gasoline and made statements implicating himself in the horrific murder of his former lover, Dorothy Gillespie, 73, of 203 Underhill Ave in Brooklyn.

Police say Isaac stalked Gillespie and waited for her outside an elevator as she returned home from grocery shopping. Isaac, who was dressed as an exterminator, used a gasoline filled insecticide canister to spray Gillespie before setting her on fire with a barbecue lighter.

“He opens the door and sprayed her methodically over her head, over her body,” NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said. “She’s cowering, trying to protect her face with her hands.”

A resident of the Prospect Heights building said he heard sounds of an intense struggle. “She was screaming at the top of her lungs,” said the resident.

“It sounded like a person being attacked, rather than someone stuck in an elevator,” said the neighbor. “It sounded like she was in trouble.”

Residents of the building where Gillespie lived say the older woman moved Isaac into her 5th floor apartment earlier this year. The former postal worker hired Isaac to do odd jobs but fired him after she caught him stealing, her nephew told the NY Post.

Isaac told cops he had left a note on Gillespie’s door with a list of chores he was demanding payment for. But Gillespie refused to pay him after she caught him stealing and kicked him out.

Police today charged Isaac with first-degree murder and arson in Gillespie’s death. He was also charged with arson for setting fire to his own apartment in a nearby building after killing Gillespie.
