“Can Bad Sex Ruin A Marriage And Lead To Divorce?”

Kristina Dzara author and professor at Southern Illinois University, examined the role of sex in marriage and says it depends on three measures of sexuality in the first three to six months of marriage.  The frequency of sexual intercourse, sexual satisfaction, and agreement between spouses will and can predict if they will divorce by the 5th year of marriage.

Although there are a lot of factors that can contribute to divorce such as, marital quality, early marriage, cohabitation and so much more.  In order to get a better understanding of the effects of sexuality in marriage, she considered many of the following factors:

  1. Does frequency of sexual intercourse matter in terms of couples staying together?
  2. Satisfaction with sex and physical intimacy?
  3. And the effect of a husband’s sexual satisfaction with respect to the prospects of divorce?

The professor concluded, for wives, satisfaction with physical intimacy and marital satisfaction seem to be rolled into one overall factor. Not so for men. When men report being satisfied with their marriage, this reduces their likelihood for divorce, and if they also report being sexually satisfied, then divorce is even more unlikely.

“How Did Kris Humphries Feel When He Ran Into Ray J?”

“Kris Humphries reportedly wound up sitting next to his wife’s doggy-style sex tape partner Ray J in the first class cabin of a Delta airplane, and dealt with it in the saddest, most awkward way possible: He sat frozen in his seat “across the aisle” from Ray J “for a few minutes” (Did he stare blankly in stony-faced horror? Bow his head and sneak furtive side-eye glances at the man whose legacy he fears more than anyone else’s?) then switched seats and sat in “awkward silence” until Ray J walked up and congratulated him on the marriage, at which point “Kris acted like he didn’t recognize him.” Apparently “Ray J said, ‘Come on, you know who I am. I just wanted to say congratulations.’ Then Kris, realizing he was cornered, said, ‘Oh yeah, yeah, I’m sorry, I know who you are.’” And the size and shape of your penis, and what you look like orgasming all over my wife.”

There’s a mystery buyer who contacted Vivid entertainment recently to inquire about removing said sex tape from circulation. The buyer wants to purchase the sex tapes and all of the outtakes with Kim Kardashian in them. TMZ.com thinks the buyer is Kim herself.

That’s interesting, especially since you should do nothing in your personal and/or professional life that you’ll be ashamed about later, especially when it’s your “claim to fame”.

“Some Words Of Wisdom From The Queen”

Not me but Queen Latifah, recently sat down with Sister2Sister magazine for an in-depth interview and discussed what make women sexy.

“I just like ladies who have class. Period,” she said, “and if it’s ‘T and A’ you’re sellin,’ that’s fine, as long as that’s what you’re selling. But you don’t have to show everything, you know?”

“You can hold some back and just be yourself and let your personality shine and let your individuality show. To me, that’s sexier. A confident woman is a sexy woman, in my opinion. And I think guys find that to be the same way.”

You don’t have to show everything; you don’t have to put it all out there to attract a guy. Because what kind of guy are you gonna attract? What is he really looking for? If you wanna be a booty call, I guess you can throw it all out there. But if you’re looking for a relationship with someone who respects you and respects things other than your body—your mind, your spirit, your personality, your smile—then you have to kind of exude that more so than just yo’ booty and yo’ titties.

I hope the Queen’s words of wisdom don’t fall on deaf ears, because some of these heifers today, leave absolutely nothing to the imagination. Some women have no concept of self-respect because the black community in general promotes disrespect in all areas, from our lifestyles to our art and music.

“Fantasia Barrino Confirms What We Already Knew”

Singer Fantasia Barrino revealed during a concert Sunday what has been rumored for months, that she is indeed pregnant.

“God has given me this child and I don’t have to hide it from none of y’all,” Barrino told fans at the outdoor show in Jacksonville, Florida.

Although the R&B singer has not revealed who the father is, the blogs are already guessing that she’s pregnant by Antwaun Cook, the man who left his family for her over a year ago.

Cook, who has two adorable boys with Paula, plans to marry Fantasia in a future episode of Fantasia’s reality show on VH1. This whole story is very tragic. We hope it ends well for all parties involved., ok so I’m being sarcastic, I highly doubt this will end well.

In this dangerous day and age it seems that cheating has only grown more popular and rampant, despite the advances in AIDS research there is now super-gonorrhea and other STD’s to contend with. Most of those concerns seem to go out the window especially when it comes to love and marriage.

So when is it the perfect time if ever, for the condoms to come off in your relationship??? Is marriage the magical moment to take the condoms off? Especially since when you say “I do” marriage is supposed to equal monogamy and committment.
