Lesbian couple suffocates, torture, murder; and bury victim alive…

This story is sad, tragic and horrific!

Ashley Barber, left and Jade Olmstead (pictured here), lured one of the women’s former lovers into the woods, beat her, strangled her, and finally buried her alive in a shallow grave as she took her last breaths.

Their victim, Olmstead’s 20-year-old ex girlfriend, Brandy Stevens, suffocated on the dirt, that these two heifers shoveled into the grave they’d dug in advance of the horrific crime, autopsy results showed.

This is what the pair confessed to state police Trooper Eric Mallory:

On May 17, the two women told police, Olmstead convinced Stevens to come see a fort she was building in the woods outside their home near Cochranton.

Barber, Olmstead’s new girlfriend, was lying in wait at the scene. They savagely beat Stevens, stuffing a cap into her mouth because “they were freaking out from her screams”.

Barber strangled Stevens with a rope as Olmstead continued to bludgeon her, and head-butted her so hard that she bruised her own forehead.

Olmstead and Barber then rolled Stevens into the makeshift grave. When they saw that she was still breathing, they slammed a rock into her face and poured water into her nose and mouth before piling on the dirt that eventually killed her.

Pennsylvania prosecutors are weighing whether to seek the death penalty for this murdering pair according to the Erie Times-News reported.

Paterno stripped of titles in death…Ontop of Penn State Penalties…

NCAA president Mark Emmert hit Penn State with a $60 million dollar fine and a 4-year suspension during a press conference.

Saying Penn State was too big to fail, Emmert spared Penn State the dreaded “death penalty.” Instead, he stripped the school of its football wins from 1998 through 2011 — which places Joe Paterno behind football legends Eddie Robinson and Bear Bryant as the most winningest coaches in football history.

In addition to losing 1 year in football revenues, the NCAA also imposed a 4-year bowl ban on Penn State. The NCAA will allow Penn State football players to transfer to other schools where they will be eligible to play immediately.

The announcement came one day after demolition crews tore down the Joe Paterno statue on the Penn State campus. Paterno, who died in January, is accused of turning a blind eye toward the child molestation charges lodged against his former coach Jerry Sandusky.

Mass shooting at “Dark Knight” Movie Premier

I woke up to breaking news this morning, that a lone gunman dressed in riot gear burst into a movie theater in Aurora, Colo., at a midnight showing of the Batman film “The Dark Knight Rises” and methodically began shooting patrons, killing at least 12 people and injuring at least 50.

The suspect, James Holmes, 24, of Aurora, was caught by police in the parking lot of the Century 16 Movie Theaters, nine miles outside of Denver.

Witnesses in the movie theater said Holmes crashed into the auditorium through an emergency exit about 30 minutes into the film, set off a smoke bomb, and began shooting. Holmes stalked the aisles of the theater, shooting people at random, as panicked movie-watchers in the packed auditorium tried to escape, witnesses said.

Police said 10 victims died inside the theater, while dozens of others were taken to local hospitals, including a child as young as 6 years old.

Holmes was wearing a bullet-proof vest and riot helmet and carrying a gas mask, rifle, and handgun, when he was apprehended, according to police. Holmes mentioned having explosives stored, leading police to evacuate his entire North Aurora apartment complex and search the buildings early this morning.

Witnesses watching movies in theaters next to the one where the shooting took place said bullets tore through the theater walls and they heard screaming.

I think it’s a damn shame, when you can’t even be safe in a movie theatre these days.
