Jerry Sandusky Sentenced!

After four months behind bars, former assistant Penn State football coach and predatory pedophile, Jerry Sandusky was sentenced today to 30 to 60 years in prison for sexually abusing 10 young boys over a period of 15 years. Sandusky has been in prison since his sentencing on June 22 and judging from the picture comparison above, prison and the shock of being convicted; is taking a toll on him already.

Sandusky is maintaining and insisting he’s innocent after releasing the following statement, which reveals his defiance:

“I didn’t do these alleged disgusting acts,” he said, echoing a statement he made on radio yesterday. “I speak today with hope in my heart for a brighter day…this is the worst loss of my life.”

However, three victims spoke in court and lead prosecutor Joseph McGettigan read letters from a victim and the mother of another boy abused by Sandusky.

“It’s time to stop coming up with excuses for your behavior,” said the first victim to speak, adding that the abuse led him to Christianity. “If you remain in denial…you won’t be able to receive the forgiveness that only He [God] offers.”

“The sentencing of Jerry Sandusky will never erase what he did to me,” said one man, “but he must pay for his crimes for which he has been properly convicted of.”

“You should be ashamed of yourself,” said another victim. “I want you to know I don’t forgive you and never will forgive you.“

Prosecutors concluded and which I agree, that Jerry Sandusky is a sick, disturbed man,” who targeted “the most vulnerable kids of all, kids in need.”

Sandusky will most likely die behind bars.

Trayvon Martin’s DNA NOT on Zimmerman’s gun: More Proof Zimmerman is a Liar!!!!

The Orlando Sentinel reports that DNA tests run on George Zimmerman’s gun grip excludes Trayvon Martin’s DNA, meaning the teenager did not wrestle with the former neighborhood watchman for his gun as he claims.

Prosecutors released another batch of evidence this morning, the Orlando Sentinel is reporting.

Zimmerman, 28, is charged with 2nd degree murder in the shooting death of Martin in February. The teen was returning to his father’s girlfriend’s townhome in a gated subdivision near Orlando when he was confronted by Zimmerman, who was the self-appointed neighborhood watchman. Zimmerman is free on $1 million bond.

Culinary Chef explains how he “slowly cooked” his wife for 4 days…

A culinary chef on trial for murdering his wife confessed to police how he slowly cooked his wife for four days.

“I just slowly cooked it and I ended up cooking her for four days,” David Viens, of Lomita, California, said in a taped confession.

Viens admitted he “got violent” with his wife, Dawn, after she began “raising hell” during an alcohol and drug binge. Police had been searching for Dawn since her disappearance on October 18, 2009.

Viens, 49, told police he tightly bound his wife’s hands and feet with rope and duct-taped her mouth so she wouldn’t “drive around wasted and whacked out on coke and drinking.”

Viens said he went to bed, leaving his wife bound and gagged all night. “And that was it. I said, ‘Good night.’”

The restauranteurs said he panicked when he awoke the next morning to find his wife deceased. He placed his wife’s body in a large 55-gallon drum filled with boiling water at his restaurant.

“I just slowly cooked it and I ended up cooking her for four days,” revealed Viens in a taped confession which was played for jurors Tuesday. “I manipulated her so the face was down, and I took some – some things – like weights that we use, and I put them on the top of her body.

The culinary expert then poured “seven or eight pounds of grease” mixed with his wife’s waste from the drum into his industrial size grease trap, which is later sucked out by a grease disposal company.

He hid her skull in the attic of his mother’s Torrence, CA home. The rest of his wife’s remains were buried behind his restaurant.

Viens gave his confession from his hospital bed after he leaped 80 feet off a cliff in Palos Verdes, CA following a brief police chase. Viens is attending his murder trial in a wheelchair.

Viens probably didn’t serve parts of his wife to diners because human flesh is distinctly distasteful to discourage people from eating each other.

LL Cool J takes down burglar with his bare hands

LL Cool J may be 44 years old, but he can still go toe-to-toe with any man. The “Mama Said Knock You Out” rapper prides himself on keeping his sexy bod in top shape. So when a hapless burglar picked the wrong house to rob, LL wasted no time taking the crook down to the floor, according to TMZ.

From TMZ:

According to law enforcement sources … the suspect entered LL’s Los Angeles area house around 2AM, but unfortunately for him the actor/rapper/badass was home.

We’re told LL heard some commotion downstairs, went to check it out … and found the intruder.

Sources say the intruder had tripped LL’s alarm system, but the “NCIS Los Angeles” star — who is a physical beast — decided to go hand-to-hand combat on the dude … and managed to detain him until LAPD arrived a few minutes later to make the arrest.

We’re told LL is okay, but the suspect — who will be booked for burglary — suffered a few bruises.

Walmart employee fired for running over teen shoplifter with his car

A career shoplifter will probably win a substantial settlement from Wal-Mart after one of their employees ran the teen over with his car.

Houston, Texas police arrested Lance Ferguson, 33, on July 10 and charged him with aggravated felony assault after he admitted he had a confrontation with Dominique Mason, 18, whom he suspected of shoplifting “a few” CDs and games from Wal-Mart.

Mason claims he intended to steal the CDs and games but he had a “change of heart” and returned the merchandise he stole. Mason said Ferguson confronted him inside Wal-Mart, shouting, “Why are you stealing out of my store?”

Mason said he left the store and was walking through an adjacent parking lot when he heard a car approach him from behind.

Ferguson, who was still wearing his Wal-Mart vest and hat, struck Mason, sending him tumbling over the front hood of the car and onto the ground.

Ferguson allegedly shouted, “Don’t come back to my store. You want to steal from my store?”

Mason was treated for minor back injuries at a local hospital and released. Wal-Mart terminated Ferguson’s employment following his arrest.

Mason’s mother, Nicola Sherfield, told KPRC News: “Stealing is a crime, yes. But for an individual who’s not a police officer, or a part of Walmart’s loss prevention, he had no right to do what he did… to follow my child and try to run him down like he was some animal or something.”
