Halle Berry’s fiance Olivier Martinez and her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry got into a knock down drag out brawl Thanksgiving Day…The picture above is of Halle’s baby’s daddy Gabriel Aubry, the day after.

Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez famously brawled in Halle’s driveway on Thanksgiving day after a custody exchange with Halle and Gabriel’s 4-year-old daughter Nahla.

Both Gabriel and Olivier were treated for injuries in the emergency room and Gabriel was arrested for initiating the fight.

  4. She wanted to take her daughter to live overseas and the courts just rejected it. However, now that her ex (and daughter’s father) has been arrested, I’m sure she’ll use this a leverage to file another motion in court to move her daughter overseas.

  17. The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior, has there ever been a relationship Halle has been in that was drama free than ended well? She wanted a sperm donor and was very vocal about that as time was running out, she got one and got her baby, and now she wants to push him out of her life. Grow up Halle you are pushing 50 and in a few years no one will care anymore, yes you are beautiful but that will not last forever. Martinez, in case ya’ll didn’t know, LIVES there… not Gabriel Aubrey, who has NO right to either make demands or have expectations when it comes to Halle’s HOME. Had Gabriel NOT tried to make a money grab, and then demand full custody PLUS child and spousal support… he might’ve earned some respect! Gabriel disrespected Halle’s home. Aubrey simply got what he deserved… an ol’ fashioned azz-whupping!

    1. Danny, it doesn’t matter if Martinez lives there or not, he is not Nahla’s father, and had no right to interfere with vistitation or otherwise regarding her. He had no right to approach Gabriel saying “we should move on”. Gabriel was provoked, Gabriel has a RIGHT to see and have say in his daughter’s life. Why? Because he’s her father.

        Martinez is not related to Nahla or Halle. He may be living in Halle’s mansion but he still has nothing to do with Nahla and only exasperated the situation between Berry and Gabriel which is not what a good mother would permit. They want to move to France which a judge denied. Think about this from Aubrey’s side before you defend Martinez.
