Oh well, Gabriel Aubry won big when a family court judge reportedly ordered the “Catwoman” star to pay her baby-daddy a whopping $20,000-a-month in child support for their 4-year-old daughter Nahla, of whom they share custody.
In comparison, Britney Spears was also ordered to pay Kevin Federline that much for their two sons in 2008 … when he had sole custody. Aubry reportedly claims he needs that much money in order to properly care for Nahla as her mother does, like providing a nice home and clothing for her.
Halle’s in a real mess because she has asked for permission from the court to move to France with Nahla, where her fiance Olivier Martinez is from, because she’s fearful of the paparazzi. Poor excuse, if the paparazzi is here in the U.S. they are also there in France. Her status equals stories for these rag magazines.
Aubry has been adamant that she not leave the country, and an evaluation conducted by the court earlier this month revealed that little Nahla and Aubry’s relationship “would clearly change drastically if she moves to France,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.
“The bottom line is that the proposed move to France would essentially cut Gabriel out of Nahla’s life and the child psychologist determined that wasn’t in the little girl’s best interest. However, this is just a report, it will be up to a judge to ultimately decide if Halle will be allowed to move to France with Nahla.”
And if Berry does get the court’s approval, that would likely bring an end to Aubry’s $20,000 monthly payments.

This is why I don’t feel that Gab should get child support because the baby don’t live with him but Halle brought this on herself because it is obvious that she did not think none of this through. Just another reason why I am waiting to create a family at 33 if the situation is not right don’t rush it. Halle Berry should have taken a page out of Madonna’s playbook: Allegedly, Madonna paid Carlos Leon $1 million dollars. He was not to challenge her in court as the “primary caretaker,” and he would retain joint custody.
Since Halle never reached a settlement with Gabriel, over time, the $20,000 per month will surpass $1 million dollars in court ordered child support. Her baby daddy is paid.
Women should learn when you “play and fuck men” who have LESS than you they comin for your pockets plain n simple.

The problem started when Halle didn’t want Gabriel anymore. Halle thought she could break up with him have full custody and control over Nahla, and Gabriel would just walk away. But that is not what Gabriel is about, he is a hands on father and is a major part of Nahla’s life, thats when Halle flipped out and started to villify Gabe, all because he would not walk away from his child. Halle started creating all kinds of lies in the media to provoke and prove he is a horrible father, she even fired her lawyer who had been with her from the beginning of her career because he thought she was wrong for what she was doing to Gabe. That was a big mistake, you don’t bite the hand that feeds you, and has saved your ass financially all those years. Gabe had no choice but to fight back, and it is clear the judge saw what was going on that is why he is getting child support. Halle needs to humble up and ask Gabe to forgive her for what she has tried to do to him and their daughter. Otherwise, she is going to loose big time in the court. Trying to keep a white man from his child is a no no. Just being real.

What real man is going to give up a job and personal well being to live off of a woman? Where in hell do they give child support to a non-custodial parent? This right here is some bullshit.
Historically, women were given child support because they were the custodial parent and because they usually (and to some degree still do) make less than a man. And some of you idiots are on here talking about karma. The last time I checked Nahla was conceived by two people in a relationship. Yes, it soured, but I’m sure they aren’t the first to have that happen.
