“Missing Brooklyn Boy Found Dismembered”

I was heart-broken, when I heard on the news this morning that the body of a 9-year-old Hasidic boy who went missing was found in a dumpster, but devastated to hear the boy’s body was dismembered.

Leibby Kletsky’s (pictured left), who went missing from a Brooklyn day camp on Monday, was found stuffed inside of a suitcase and just thrown in a dumpster, his body parts were found discarded in 2 separate locations in Brooklyn.

Acting on tips and credit card receipts, police raided a Kensington home on E. 2nd Street this morning and arrested 35-year-old suspect Levi Aron, who led them to the locations where he discarded Leibby’s body parts. Leibby’s severed feet were found in the man’s freezer.

Cops said Aron, who works as a clerk at the Empire State Supply Co. hardware  store on McDonald Avenue in Kensington, allegedly suffocated the boy before  chopping him up. Kelly said they also found three knives in a butcher block  inside of Aron’s apartment.

        That’s what’s SO GOOD about news, you get it all day especially if you missed it at a particular time of day. If you miss at 6:00 am. you’ll get it up to the hour all morning. you miss it in the morning, you’ll get at noon, you miss it @ noon, you’ll get it @ 5 and 6. miss it then you’ll get ita again @ 11:00. and CNN’ll take you round the clock!

        Acquitta, this is not unusual in NY or any other place for that matter. He was only walking one block and 9 is not a baby. We can’t guard our children forever. All you can do is pray something like this doesn’t happen and take reasonable precautions.

  8. This story makes me sick to my stomach. This monster lived and worked amongst us normal people. That goes to show you that there are plenty of sick people in the world who we work with and may even be a neighbor and thats why we have got to stay prayed up and strapped LOL seriously though this is just a sad sad story.

        obviously they thought it was safe because it was a short distance. many kids have been lost because the parent let them do something they thought was low-risk. these predators will catch your kid going from his house to his friends house across the damn street. they will snatch them in their own front yard.   27. It is OPEN SEASON on children right now. I read yesterday about a chic who killed her 3 month old, but carried the dead baby around the store in a BabyBjorn like it was all good. Went over her friends house & her friend noticed the baby wasnt breathing & called the cops. She had beaten & smothered the little one.   28. I used to have to catch the bus to school when I was 9 and my bro was 7. Took 3 buses and a train there and back every day. I don’t see any issue with that. Looks like the kid hit the wrong lottery.

  45. People stop letting your children go places alone. Even if its from home to school which could only be a block long. There are pervs who are quick to snatch a kid up. If you have someplace to go put it on hold until you get your child to their destination.

    That poor boy probably felt that since it was his own kind he probably was safe and that’s the wrong move.

  46. R.I.P. It is horrible how this world is devolving. As kids we were all over our neighborhood and walked to and from school. My friend’s mother was a bus driver, we had free passes riding all over town. We enjoyed our freedoms, even though the same sicko’s were there then.

    I thought I was being too overprotective over my own. Today, I guess there is no such thing.

    1. You can talk to your kids all you want about talking to strangers when walking home and blah blah blah. Not all kidnappers will talk to you. They can grab you and throw you in a car with no words spoken at all.

      You also have the kids who parents told them to stay where they are until they arrived who would begin to walk just to make them feel big or to make the wait seem less long. So in cases like that the parents are not in the wrong

    I live in NY and the blocks aren’t that long. If the parents made that choice to let him do it THIS ONE TIME WTF is anyone to judge that choice.

    Its so easy for people to judge a mother fucker like your back yard is so clean. Those Jewish communities are very tight knit. My prayers go out to this family because I know they are in a bad place right now.

        I live NYC and when I was 8 and my sis was 5….we walked home from school. Its not unusual here to see Kindergardeners on the bus, walking home or otherwise.

  58. i work jus 2 blocks away from where this child was found. my heart and prayers go out to his family. my boss was out yesterday with the rest of the jewish community looking for the little boy. this is a very tightnit community which is proabably why the child got in the car with the guy. doesnt matter what religion or race you are children should always be OFF LIMITS !!! may god have him and his family in glory…but wait till this predator gets to rikers oooohhweee they gonna chew his azz up !!!!

      Urban, suburban, or rural, children need to be protected from the sick people. You can’t let your environment dictate to you how to protect your child. Children’s safety is a non-negotiable first priority.

  61. The missing 8-year-old New York boy Leiby Kletzky was found dead and body was found dismembered early Wednesday morning. The boy was missing since Monday and found dead on Wednesday morning with parts of his dismembered body stuffed in the alleged killers refrigerator in his Brooklyn apartment and the remaining parts in a red suitcase and black trash bags discarded in a nearby dumpster on 20th St and 3rd Ave. on Wednesday and led investigators to his apartment in Kensington where some of Leibys remains were found along with three bloody knives and a cutting board.
