“Rush Limbaugh Calls Michelle Obama A Hypocrite”

Rush Limbaugh criticized Michelle Obama’s dinner choice while the first lady dined with her daughters at a ski resort in Colorado over the weekend.

According to the Vail Daily, the first lady ate a braised ancho-chile short rib with hominy wild mushrooms and sautéed kale. She also began the meal with a pickled pumpkin salad with arugula.

Of course the president’s critics are insulting the first lady at every chance, simply because she is encouraging americans to make better and healthier food choices for their children and family.

Limbaugh said, the first lady’s choices went against her emphasis on promoting nutrition and exercise.

“The problem is, and dare I say this, it doesn’t look like Michelle Obama follows her own nutritional, dietary advice,”

“We hear that she’s out eating ribs at 1,500 calories a serving with 141 grams of fat per serving … I’m trying to say that our First Lady does not project the image of women that you might see on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue or of a woman Alex Rodriguez might date every six months or what have you.”

“She’s a hypocrite. Leaders are supposed to be leaders. If we’re supposed to go out and eat nothing, if we’re supposed to eat roots and berries and tree bark, show us how,” he ranted on.

Limbaugh’s comments were ridiculous and unrealistic, everyone goes off the health wagon and splurge a little once in a while; he was just looking for the opportunity to insult our first lady.

First lady Michelle Obama, like alot of other black women are thick and curvacious, we are not all pencil thin. However, first lady Michelle exemplifies a confident black woman, who is extremely ‘comfortable in the hips that she’s in’.

So the Obama haters, need to back-up off her and stop examining her plate!

“Professor Resigns After Racist Remarks”

A Murray State University professor has been suspended following a racial remark he made to a black student. The political science professor’s name is Mark Wattier.

Freshman Arlene Johnson was in Mark Wattier’s class early last semester and questioned him when he started a class film early before class was even scheduled to start, especially when she arrived on time.

Johnson says Wattier responded by saying “slaves never showed up on time either.”

The comment was not only racial but it was insulting. Johnson dropped the class and filed a complaint with the university. In the meantime, the professor, Mark Wattier is on unpaid suspension.

“Is This Michelle Obama Cartoon Racist?”

The cartoon, released on Andrew Breitbart’s Big Government site last weekend, depicts Michelle Obama as overweight and chowing down on a bunch of hamburgers while she talks about her campaign to promote healthy eating.

Our President, Barack Obama is drawn with huge, outsized ears and tells her, that her campaign is going to hurt his re-election efforts. “Shut up and pass the bacon!” she replies.

Lawrence O’Donnell condemned the controversial cartoon of Michelle Obama, calling it a “racist obscenity” O’Donnell would only show one panel of the cartoon, and not show the rest of it.

“Because it is a racist obscenity.” In his view, President Obama was depicted “in a half man, half animal form, with ears that don’t exist in the homo sapien species.”

Are we being too sensitive on this subject? Or are President Obama’s critics being blatantly disrespectful??

🙂 Sorry for the late post people, my day is running into overtime.

“Cops Cleared In The Murder Of Danroy Henry”

The Pace University Football Player who was shot while waiting for friends outside of a bar in Mount Pleasant, New York.

A Westchester grand jury has cleared two police officers of any criminality in the controversial shooting death last year of a Pace University football player, prosecutors said today.

The Westchester County DA’s office said the probe, where more than 400 people were interviewed, yielded no indictments by the grand jury into the tragic death of Danroy Henry, Jr., on Oct. 17 outside a Mount Pleasant bar.

After hearing testimony and examining ballistics and toxicology reports, the grand jury declined to indict Officer Aaron Hess, who said he fired his gun to protect himself from the path of Henry’s car.

Officer Ronald Beckley, who also fired at Henry’s vehicle, was also cleared of any wrongdoing.

Investigators later determined that Henry had a blood-alcohol level of 0.13 — way above the state legal limit of .08 — when he was killed.

The DA said the investigation was conducted in coordination with three other law enforcement agencies, including the NY State Police, the Westchester County Department of Public Safety’s Forensic Identification Unit and the Mount Pleasant Police Department.

“Parents File $120 Million Lawsuit”

The parents of Danroy “DJ” Henry have file a $120 million dollar lawsuit against the Pleasantville police department.

You remember this story, the Pace University football player, who was killed by Pleasantville police for no apparent reason.

Well according to police accounts of what happened that night are varying and it has set off a great deal of controversy in the town of Pleasantville, New York, where Henry was shot outside a nightclub.

The incident began on the night of October 17, when police were called to investigate a disturbance outside a bar in the suburb of Thornwood, which is located right near the Pace University campus.

Officer Aaron Hess and some of the witnesses on the scene say that, Hess shot at Henry’s windshield because he was struck by the car as Henry drove away from the scene. But other witnesses are saying that Hess’ use of force was unjustified and the family is seeking a murder indictment against him.

Hess’ lawyer claims that his client was thrown on the hood of the car by the impact and had no other choice but to shoot. It has also been reported that the 20-year old Henry had a blood alcohol level above the legal limit for driving.

There are others on the scene who argue that Hess did not have to shoot Henry. The attorney’s involved are seeking an independent investigation into the matter.

Witnesses say that, Henry was following police instructions when he pulled away from the scene and that Hess did not tell him to stop the car before he shot him.
