“The Media Skipped Alicia But Ripped Fantasia”

*Tracy, I’m writing you because I need you to help me understand something and maybe I just overlooked it but I figured you could help me out on this one. Before Fantasia’s overdose I had seen reports of her on CNN about her affair. Can you tell me why CNN never mentioned Alicia Key’s affair? I mean, isn’t Alicia the bigger name? The more news worthy? Why is Nancy Grace covering Fantasia and hasn’t said anything about that whore Alicia Keys?

The national news media jumped all over the Fantasia Barrino story when the news broke that she was being sued by a woman who accused her of interfering in her marriage.

Pictures of Fantasia holding hands with the married man Antwaun Cook, were posted on urban blogs for months.

So Fantasia’s fans are wondering why mainstream media ignored singer Alicia Keys who committed the same crime as Fantasia when she crept with the then, married music producer Swizz Beatz.

What is it that attracted the media sharks to Fantasia’s story like blood in the water, but caused them to ignore Alicia Keys?

Is it because Alicia Keys music sells in record-breaking numbers? While Fantasia Barrino is just an American Idol winner in a lessor category.

I don’t get it either Kimmie, but it’s obvious the media is selective and that’s totally unfair!!

“Girlfriends Quarrel Over Another Woman”

An off-duty cop fired two rounds into her girlfriend early Monday after a suspicious text message sparked an all-out battle between the pair.

Ekeythia Dunston, 32, and her 42-year-old partner, Erica LeGall, had returned to their Harlem home from a night out on the Circle Line, when Dunston, a police officer for eight years, received a text message from another woman about 3:15 a.m., and all hell broke loose.

LeGall grabbed a clothes iron and smacked Dunston upside her head, leaving a “tennis-ball-sized welt” indented in her head, then Dunston grabbed her pistol and shot LeGall once in the thigh and once in the shoulder.

LeGall was taken to Harlem Hospital, where she was in critical but stable condition. She was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Both of the women’s children were in the home at the time of the incident.

Dunston, who works out of the 108th Precinct in Long Island City, was treated for her head injury at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Columbia.

She was arrested and charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and suspended without pay.

Wow!!! These lovers are not playing when it comes down to their partner (s) cheating in these relationships!! This drama is some real, ride or die shit!

On Miami Groupies affecting her relationship:
I’m not worried. We’re good. Our relationship is good.

Her mom adds:
Don’t you think he knows the difference between ruthlessness and love? If LeBron was going to do something shady, he can do that around the corner. He doesn’t have to go to Miami.

On marriage plans, and why a woman with confidence is never impatient:
I’ve definitely not put a fire under his ass I would never rush him to do something like that. We’re really comfortable with the way things are now. And it’s not up to me. When it happens, it happens. We talk about it. If we do it, I want it to be forever. I’m the mother of his children. I’m not a baby mama. There’s a lot more to me than that.

A person like myself always needs a great sidekick and a person you can rely on no matter the circumstances. And she’s that. She’s got my back, and I love her for that.

“It’s Official”

Producer Swizz Beatz and R&B singer Alicia Keys, were married this past weekend and celebrated their nuptials aboard a yacht in the Mediterranean.

The details of their wedding are sketchy and because the couple are not Italian citizens, they were married in the tri-state area (New York) first.

The bride wore Vera Wang and the groom wore Tom Ford.

Why Swizz had two bachelor parties, one in New York and one in Italy really beats me; especially since homeboy was hot off a divorce just a month or two ago.

May they live happily ever happy, if such a thing exist.
