The Jackson family has launched a “wrongful death” lawsuit against AEG Entertainment.
The family claims that, AEG’S contract with Micheal, created a legal duty for them to act reasonably toward the physical well-being of the late pop star.
The family is also blaming AEG for hiring Dr. Conrad Murray without the proper background check of his credentials and not providing the proper medical equipment to assist in Michael’s well-being.
The attorney who filed the lawsuit on behalf of Micheal Jackson’s family released a statement saying, “The purpose of the lawsuit is to prove to the world the truth about what really happened once and for all”.
Of course the truth will always prevail but most importantly, I’m sure the Jackson family is seeking peace of mind.

We all knew AEG knew Mike’s every move, he WAS their money maker, so they had to know Murray had initiated care, but did they intervene to say the contract wasn’t signed. AEG is wrong. Murray is wrong. Pay them babies!

No it will not. Wrongful deaths lawsuits will always “fly” when any other lawsuit fails. simply because the person is in fact dead. The Jackson’s have to hold someone responsible so they are pulling out all the stops. This family is hurt, this mother is hurt. Michael was their *pride and joy*, regardless to any bad habits he may have had.

Mrs. Jackson’s reasons for even filing the lawsuit is because she needs as much money as she can get to help out all her children and grandchildren who depend on her to pay their bills since most of them haven’t worked in years.

Michael Jackson wasn’t addicted to propofol. Past addictions to drugs like demerol are irrelevant.
Michael Jackson often used propofol when preparing (and during) tours…to help him rest. He used propofol during the History tour..I don’t recall it killing him then…do you?

Propofol is an anesthetic used on people before or during surgery. why would you need anesthesia on top of other sedatives to get some rest??? He obviously had a problem. “acute Propofol intoxication,” is what killed Michael, with the other sedatives as contributing factors, and the fact that the Dr. didnt have the proper equipment used to monitor patients on Propofol.

Michael Jackson did not die on stage at the O2 arena, the kop died at home, AEG is not responsible for his death. It is just like someone who is working at Burger King and gets so tired and goes home and falls and hits his head on a chair and dies and then the person’s family blames Burger King for him/her to death.
