“Clifton H.S. Principle Resigns Amid Sexual Misconduct”

I am shocked having learned that Clifton High School, in Clifton, New Jersey even had an African-American principal., and that is simply because, Clifton, New Jersey is known to be a predominantly white/caucasian area.

But four months after the mother of two high school students filed civil lawsuits against the school district and Principal Jimmie Warren (pictured above), the embattled principle has now resigned from his job.

Warren’s lawyer Barry Kantrowitz said, his client’s departure as school principal is in no way an admission of guilt to the charges.

“He’s maintaining his innocence. He will continue to do that,” “Eventually, when someone has the opportunity to cross-examine the complainant, the truth will come out.” Kantrowitz said.

The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Newark, claimed that Warren, 66, asked the woman to perform sexual acts in exchange for helping her children with school. The principal scheduled one of their meetings in a hotel room where he stripped down, the woman alleged.

In early December, the woman alleged that Warren exposed his private parts to her and touched her breasts during meetings to discuss her son.

The case is currently being held for grand jury review, which will determine whether to indict Warren and send him to trial, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office. No dates have been scheduled for a trial as of yet.

“Reporter Did Nothing To provoke The Players”

According to CNN, the owner of the NY Jets has apologized to a female TV reporter who was the victim of sexual harassment by Jets personnel.

Ines Sainz, a former Miss Spain who now works for popular Mexican network TV Azteca, told CNN’s Rick Sanchez that Jets owner Woody Johnson called her on Monday to apologize for the team’s inappropriate behavior. She said she accepted his apology.

On Saturday, Sainz tweeted that she was “dying of embarrassment,” after players began hooting and hollering at her and an assistant coach threw footballs at her as she stood on the sideline during a team practice.

“To be quite honest, it didn’t bother me,” said Sainz in an interview with TV Azteca. “I took it as a joke, and none of the footballs actually hit me.”

Then, when she entered the locker room to interview Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, she said she heard players talking about her.

“I try not to hear anything, try not to pay attention. My cameraman told me, ‘Don’t look on the right, don’t look at the left,” she said. “But I really feel the noise and all the environment was talking about me.”

Sainz said that a colleague later told her what the players said about her in the locker room.

Sainz said she thought no more of it until the next day when she learned the incidents were the talk of the NFL.

The NFL says it is investigating the charges of sexual harassment toward Sainz after The Association for Women in Sports Media expressed their concerns. The NFL plans to hold “educational sessions” with the Jets next week.

Sainz should know, if you want to be viewed and respected as a professional on the job, you have to present a “Professional image”.

“Queens Cop Suing For Sexual Harassment”

NYPD Officer, Veronica Schultz (Pictured here), said her pants accidentally slipped off revealing her ” thong” during an NYPD talent show.

When she went to work days later at the 103rd precinct, she witnessed her boss, Sgt. James Briones, showing the humiliating dance video to 10 of her fellow police officers.

Officer Schultz left in tears. Now she has filed a sexual harassment law suit against the NYPD.

The video of Shultz is the centerpiece of the suit in a Brooklyn Federal Court.

But peep this, Schultz said; “the harassment started long before the talent show”. “He asked me out on several occasions and when I told him ‘No,’ he retaliated against me when I wouldn’t give in to him,” “He looked directly at my breasts when talking to me,” she said. “Almost every day he mentioned my lips, he said he was attracted to my shape and rubbed up against me. I just felt humiliated.”

When Briones heard about the wardrobe malfunction, he hounded Schultz for the video. He some how obtained a copy of the video and played it for other officers on a laptop computer.

“Why are you so upset? You have a nice ass,” Briones said to Schultz, according to the complaint. “Put me in the show. I want to be in your show so I can rub up on you. You look hot and sexy.”

This is indeed a classic case of sexual harassment.

It’s amazing what women endure in the work place environment, while their superiors have no idea the consequences that can ensue, when a woman is violated and harassed, be it sexually or verbally.

Schultz said Briones took out his frustration on the youth programs she ran, taking away the police van used to transport the kids. She was eventually transferred out of the youth officer job, and was put back on regular patrol in the 103rd Precinct.

Veronica Schultz was eventually transferred out of the precinct and she said “He [Briones] threw a party to celebrate my transfer”.

I bet you there will be no celebrations when this ends though.
