“Are You Tuning Into PoliticsNation?” It’s Informative & Enlightening…

The Rev. Al Sharpton is a hit as host of MSNBC’s PoliticsNation? And I’m hooked people and must be tuned in daily for my 6:00 PM hourly dose (6-7 PM), as the Rev. diss the dirt on the republican’s tactics against President Barack Obama and their goal to destroy a struggling economy.

What’s scary is, Rev. Al Sharpton is revealing truths when he report how the republicans have big money plans to oust Barack Obama in the 2012 election., even rigging certain states with new voting laws where Obama won big in 2008.

That’s right y’all, Jim Crow will be alive and well in 2012.

This new voter ID law being initiated in 14 states, could cause five million Americans to lose their right to vote.

TheGrio–A new study from the New York University Law School’s Brennan Center shows  that 5 million people could lose the their right to vote as a result of new voter suppression laws.

New voter ID laws in 14 states could make it significantly harder for more than five million eligible voters to cast ballots in 2012, according to the first comprehensive study of the laws’ impact, produced by the Brennan Center for Justice at the NYU School of Law.

Widespread voting cutbacks could have a significant electoral impact in next year’s election with minorities, poor and young voters most likely to be affected, the study found.

One of the new voting law requirements is to have a photo ID. For the elderly who seek to have a photo ID they’re being told to provide their marriage license and birth certificates when most of these elderly people were born in the early 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, when obtaining a birth certificate and/or marriage license at this stage of the game; might be a bit challenging to request in time for the election.

The motivating factor here is to discourage people from voting. But these are just a few issues being addressed on PoliticsNation daily, tune in and check out Al Sharpton as you’ve never seen him before.

If you watch the show you’ll stay informed!!!!!!!!!!

“Should New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie Run For President?”

In the meantime, I think he’s flattered by all of the attention different politicians throughout the state and “in” the republican party who are urging him to run.

I’m sure his ego is just as inflated as his shape since he received so much support by his appearance this week at the Reagan Library in California. This is what the media headlines are repeating and what is prompting the New Jersey Governor’s “renewed consideration” as a 2012 republican contender.

The Governors pal told the New York post, the CA event was “more than just flattering” to Christie but a “mind-blowing” experience that he would be the most awesome candidate ever.

On MSNBC’s “Hardball” today with Chris Mathews, he said “some people think that NJ Governor Christie is the best candidate because he is rude, tough and extremely outspoken.”

Wonder what the teachers in New Jersey think? In fact, I’m wondering what you think?

Do you think New Jersey Governor Chris Christie should throw his hat in the ring? What’s your opinion people??? I’d like to know…

“So Sarah Palin Is An Ole Sneaky ‘HO’ After all”

A new book claims Sarah Palin and hoops star Glen Rice had a steamy love affair back in the day. The racy details are recounted in the highly anticipated book entitled “The Rogue: Searching for The Real Sarah Palin,” written by best-selling author Joe McGinniss.

The one-time Alaskan governor was more than a Tea Partier – smoking pot with a college professor and snorting cocaine on a snowmobiling trip. The book also details how Palin cheated on her husband Todd with his business partner back in the 90’s.

So not only is Palin an hypocritical ho, she apparently delved into a little tall black berry in her heyday.

There was no response from the Palin camp to any of the tales from the McGinniss book, due on bookshelves next week. Rice <–(pictured left) did not return calls for comment, although sources said Rice confirmed the romance he and Palin had to McGinniss.

“Dick Cheney Urges Hillary Clinton To Run Against Obama”

Former Vice President Dick Cheney thinks the time is right for Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton to run against President Barack Obama.

Since the President’s approval ratings have tanked to the lowest level of his presidency amid reports that he plans to sink another $300 billion into a scrutinized jobs package that will send the national debt soaring even higher, republicans are in a panic.

Cheney stopped short of endorsing Hillary Clinton for president during an interview with ABC’s Jonathan Karl yesterday. “I think she’s probably the most competent person they’ve got in their -– in their cabinet,” he said. “And -– frankly, I thought she was gonna win the nomination last time around,” he added.

“Al Sharpton Is The New Face Of “PoliticsNation”

The civil rights activist has gone from marching in the streets to officially being named host of a weeknight hour of “PoliticsNation,” on MSNBC.

So the question is: will Sharpton succeed as the show’s host?

Sharpton had been guest hosting in that time slot and the ratings have risen about 18 percent since the controversial Sharpton began guest hosting about two months ago.

I’m just wondering if the cable network will dictate to the civil rights activist how he will negotiate both his roles (as activist and host) and what they [the network] will allow him to do; or what they will ask him not to do, since he has taken over as an anchor on MSNBC.

I caught a segment of the show tonight and thought Sharpton did well in debate HOWEVER, he needs training on trimming down his tone and being a bit calmer with his hype; meaning: he’s using an outside voice and not a studio voice in a softer sense.

I think maybe he also needs to get use to the teleprompter because he’s cutting off his guests before they can complete or finish their statements.

Catch Sharpton nightly on PoliticsNation, check your local listings, and tell me if you think Sharpton will fare well in this new role as MSNC’s host or will he opt out and continue in his civil rights position?

In ending he said: “If PolitcsNation is not on your television, then your television is not really on”

Go head Sharpton!!!!!
