“Uncle Tom’s Wife Demands Apology From Anita Hill”

I know this heifer done lost, whatever was left of her everlasting mind!!!!!

Anita Hill made history, gained national exposure and turned the spotlight on sexual harassment in the workplace in 1991, when she testified at the Senate confirmation hearings of Clearance Thomas.

Here we are almost 2 decades later and the wife of the Supreme Court Justice (Virginia Thomas), is demanding an apology from Anita Hill.

In a crazy ass, voice mail message left on a phone in Anita Hill’s office, at Brandeis University where she is a law professor, Virginia Thomas said the following:

“I just wanted to reach across the airwaves and the years and ask you to consider something. I would love you to consider an apology sometime and some full explanation of why you did what you did with my husband”

“So give it some thought and certainly pray about this and come to understand why you did what you did. Okay have a good day.”

Virginia Thomas, (who has clearly been sipping way too much tea) has come to greater prominence as a tea party activist and has confirmed that she was serious about an apology.

Of course Anita Hill said “Hell no!!!!” well she didn’t say that exactly, I did…Hill thought the call was a prank and reported it to campus police, who passed it on to the FBI.

“I certainly thought the call was inappropriate. I have no intention of apologizing because I testified truthfully about my experience and I stand by that testimony,” Hill said in a statement.

See., Anita Hill put Virginia Thomas’ crazy (living in the past ass) on blast through the media and didn’t even entertain her decade old gesture with a direct response.

“Nicole Prevails In Bid For Queens City Council”

Nicole Paultre Bell headed off a rival’s attempt to knock her off the November ballot for a Queens City Council seat.

Yesterday a Queens Judge, tossed out a challenge by candidate Ruben Wills after it appeared that, Nicole Paultre Bell had more than enough signatures to qualify for the upcoming election.

Nicole is in a nonpartisan, six-way race for the Jamaica, Queens, seat vacated with the death of Thomas White Jr.
“Time will tell, but this may turn out to be the decisive victory in this race,” said City Councilman James Sanders, a Bell ally. “She has proved herself seaworthy.”

Bell needed 899 signatures of registered voters to head off the pre-election challenge by Wills, the favorite of the Queens Democratic party, and she has them.

Pictured above at “The House Of Justice AKA NAN” the 26-year-old mother of “2 daughters” declared “Today we have sent a clear message that the campaign for change won’t be hindered by unsubstantiated claims by my detractors.”

Nicole’s Fiance, Sean Bell was gunned down in a hail of bullets by cops outside of a Jamaica nightclub on their November 2006 wedding day.

“President Obama Appealing To Black Voters”

President Barack Obama’s name has hit the campaign trail hard because the democratic party desperately needs a win.

So for the first time in 20 months, Obama is reaching out to the black and independent voters whose passion and eagerness to make history, helped propel him into office in 2008.

“We need to finish the plan you elected me to put in place. And I need you. I need you because this isn’t going to be easy,” said Obama at a Congressional Black Caucus’ annual dinner last month. [link]

Obama has made it clear that a loss for the Democrats in November would be a devastating failure for him personally.

“Don’t make me look bad, now,” Obama pleaded at a rally on the campus of historically black Bowie State University last week.

“Two years ago you defied the conventional wisdom in Washington,” Obama told thousands of black supporters Sunday at a rally in Philadelphia. “They said, ‘No you can’t. No you can’t elect a skinny guy with a funny name to the presidency of the United States,’” he added.

But not everyone in the black community hears Obama’s rallying cry. There are some who are suspicious of Obama’s sudden interest in the black community — even if they don’t voice their suspicions out loud.

“We haven’t heard from you in a while,” radio host Tom Joyner said sarcastically to the president at the start of his interview last month. [link]

“You know, I don’t get a chance to do much radio these days,” replied Obama, who records a weekly radio address every Saturday morning.

“We know that people have short memories, but they have to remember that Barack Obama didn’t create this problem,” Carolyn Pinkney, an African-American voter, said at Obama’s rally.

“Of course there’s some disenchantment because the president came in with such high expectations levels,” said Rendell. “But on the other hand there’s still a lot of African-Americans who say, ‘Hey, he’s not superman and he can’t change everything in 20 months.’” [link]

“Who Threw A Book At President Obama?”

At the end of President Obama’s big rally Sunday in Philadelphia, someone threw a small paperback book onstage. The president appeared not to notice the book whizzing past his head: you can see it clearly in this photo — but not clearly enough to make out the title.

In the meantime, police and Secret Service had their hands full trying to subdue a naked man who was arrested in a separate incident at the same rally.

He was apparently trying to win a reward from British billionaire Alki David, who offered $1 million dollars to the first person to streak at an Obama rally.

“Bill Clinton Gives Sean Penn $500K For Haiti”

Former president Bill Clinton, gave $500,000 to actor and humanitarian Sean Penn (Not Wyclef Jean), for Haiti toward continued earthquake relief efforts.

It is important to note: that former president Clinton didn’t even consider giving that money to singer Wyclef Jean, who has proven himself to be a greedy, attention seeking opportunist.

The Clinton Foundation gave $500,000 to Penn’s charity, J/P Haitian Relief Organisation.

The donated money will be used to provide bridge funding for a camp in Petionville, which is run by the organization.

Penn, 50, told People.com: ‘The support of President Clinton and the Clinton Foundation is an extraordinary boost in our organization’s ability to continue its work in Haiti. [link]

“From the beginning the Clinton Foundation’s staff and leadership have generously shared expertise and essential logistical support,” Penn said, who spent 6 months helping out in a refugee camp.
