“CBS & Warner Bros. Cancels Two And A Half Men”

Charlie Sheen ran his mouth one time too many and now CBS has “pulled the plug” on his show. CBS said in a statement last night:

“Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of ‘Two and a Half Men’ for the remainder of the season.” 

This all happened hours after Sheen went on a radio rampage, blasting his bosses at the television show.

Charlie Sheen has some ego!!!! He issued his own statement following CBS’., attacking the show’s creator Chuck Lorre.

“This is a battle and my fans will support me”. “What does this say about Haim Levine [Chuck Lorre] after he tried to use his words to judge and attempt to degrade me. I gracefully ignored this folly for 177 shows … I fire back once and this contaminated little maggot can’t handle my power and can’t handle the truth”

 “I wish him nothing but pain in his silly travels especially if they wind up in my octagon. Clearly I have defeated this earthworm with my words — imagine what I would have done with my fire-breathing fists,” Sheen’s statement continued. “I urge all my beautiful and loyal fans who embraced this show for almost a decade to walk with me side-by-side as we march up the steps of justice to right this unconscionable wrong.”

“Remember these are my people … not yours…we will continue on together,” he added.

Charlie made it abundantly clear he doesn’t believe the show can survive without him.

He concluded “Do what you’ve gotta do — I’ll go make movies with superstars and not work with idiots.”

I wonder how his costars feel? Charlie is a long way from recovering and has a long way to go.

    39. This guy seriously needs some help. He calls it crazy and sad that they shut down production, yet his azz is on vacation when these people haven’t worked in weeks. Some ppl really don’t know how fortunate they are and it’s these types of ppl that piss me off when they throw away their blessings over foolishness. Ppl would give anything to have the type of success he has.

        My fav also. I know the show is about him, was written for him, but I’m beginning to think the show can survive w/out him. Berta, Jake, Allen, Rose, etc… The show is great and they can send Charlie on an extended vacation singing tv commercial jingles to the troops in Iraq.
        Charlie grew up w/a Silver Spoon, his dad has bailed him out so many times its pathetic.

        The re-runs will still make money for CBS, Lorre and Sheen. The TV show is canceled. Not a news flash.

      7. They don’t have to replace him. The writing is good and the cast have a great chemistry. They can get rid of Charlie and the show can still go on.

        I use to think the kid was the funniest also, hard for me to really pic, the mom is a mess, the maid/housekeeper is entertaining.

        Allen’s life is sad, yet laughable. I love Crazy, stalker Rose, etc….. The show does not need Charlie. Maybe they can spin the show off, get rid of Charlie and keep everyone else. They can call it “Life After Charlie, (Man Down)”. LOL.

  38. The ONLY reason the show shut down is because Charlie’s actions (holding up production for weeks) was costing them money. Had he continued to take his a$$ to work (bringing them in money) and still acted a fool they would have supported him.

    Now people are out of jobs and he is moving on to one where he is making double… I hope nobody supports the new show.

  40. I am lost as to why EVERYONE is confused and/or outraged by Charlie’s behavior? This cat been like this since AT LEAST the early 80s? What is he doing so different now? What the prollem ill? The tv show? That lends the question then why did they GIVE IT TO HIM THEN when they knew he was a dayum coke head!

  41. That had this story as “Breaking News” last night on my local CBS station. I was on a gossip site earlier and there was a blind item about an actor who’s real problem is that he has a mental disorder and self-medicates with alcohol & drugs and everyone pretty much guessed that it was Charlie Sheen. It made me feel even worse for him. He needs mental help. It’s kind of surprising that they don’t just tape some shows without him.

  43. This is just SAD..so much talent wasted. My heart feels for the children…the former wives knew what they were getting into…$$$ pull a lot of weight.

    I never watched the show, but its a shame that folks are going to be out of work because of his addiction. Anyone that listened to these rants knew it was the DRUG talking and not him. If he doesn’t get help soon…he’ll be DEAD!

    I heard he’s in the Caribbean with his HAREM..not girlfriends and others…LOL
