For sexy actress Vivica A. Fox, who got engaged over the holidays to her 27-year-old concert promoter boyfriend, Omar “Slim” White asked for Vivica’s hand in marriage with an eight-karat rock while the two were staying at the Ritz Carlton hotel on Miami Beach.

Although Vivica’s rep has confirmed the engagement, she has not commented directly to the media as of yet.

Fox told ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ in December that she and Atlanta native White are hoping to have a baby in 2011 and that she “waited on God to send her a good man, and he’s a good Southern man.”

Yeah there’s nothing like those southern men!!! Their minds are usually made up concerning marriage and quick!!

 The actress, whose films include ‘Kill Bill: Vol. 1’ and ‘Juwanna Mann,’ also made headlines in 2003 for dating rapper 50 Cent.

      Unlike men in younger women relationships these seldom work because women don’t age as well hence the need for all the plastic surgery. But surgery doesn’t stop menopause no matter how much money you have. Why do you think Ashton is playing the field?

      1. @Ace, but by the time he’s 46 she’ll almost be 70..old enough to be his grandmother. If they last that long. Too many times these Hollywood marriages are based on looks and money. And when they get tired of each other, they divorce, the guy pays through the nose, the woman scores big, and they go find someone else.

  5. I wish her all the luck in the world, she will be needing it.
    Just because she is beautiful, dont mean this man will be around in 10 years. I hope for her, he will be. But the odds are against them. She will find that marrying a man half her age, is the same thing as baby sitting. He will expect lunch money every day, and a night out with the boys once a week.
    Then one day he will meet another woman who is his own age, and will be wanting a divorce.
    I dont make the rules, I simply try to live by them.
