Update: The jawbone discovered on a beach in the Caribbean did not belong to Natalee Holloway, officials said today.
Speculation about 18-year-old Holloway’s fate has been fueled by false starts and dead end rumors since she vanished in 2005, but I’m convinced that Joran Van Der Sloot’s theory of leaving her on a beach is not true anyway.
I just feel so sorry for this girl mother’s and her family., having to cope with so much pain and mental anguish after 5 years of Natalie missing.
Van Der Sloot, has long been considered a suspect in her disappearance, but has never been charged.

he has his own cell. The Colombian who was paid to kill a woman in Peru, has the other cell, on the same area. It is very few people on that area. And the crime of Van der Sloot is one of the worse crimes that happened there.

He wont remain separate for long, and the definition of separate in a peruvian prison is a lot different than in an american prison.
He has a cell mate who is an ex- hit man if i remember correctly. Also i highly doubt what he did was the worse crime ever committed in that country.

…it is not the worst crime committed in that country, peru has a murder rate about twice as high as the USA, about 11 per 100,000, whereas the US is about 5 per 100,000…there is no way that this is the worst of all those murders…
as for his cell mate, you are correct, i went back and re-read an old article, however he will most likely be transferred to another prison and general population if convicted, that is the norm for the peruvian justice system from what i have read.

Now you know, there are only two bones in the human jaw, seeing how one is attached to the skull, this would be the lower jaw, which is relatively easy to identify as human on sight.

Chances are not good that the bone is hers. Consider all the marine life in the ocean that a jaw bone could belong to. If it is human it could be anyone who has died in the ocean near Aruba in the right time frame.

Van der Sloot is being held and will be tried for a murder in Peru.
They do NOT have a death penalty there, but life in a Peruvian jail is far worse than anything imaginable in the USA.

I don’t think they will ever find this girl. I think the authorities in Aruba screwed up the investigation it don’t seem like they know what they are doing…. yet in my mind they let loose a murderer and know it. I don’t have any desire to go to Aruba for this reason.

They showed how Beth Holloway went to see this Vanderslooth guy in Jail. And she begged him to say that it was him who killed her daughter, all of this after this jaw was found.She went into this jail with a hidden camera and a freakin 3 muskeeter,Trying to get a hidden confession from him. And at that very point i had a change of heart about the mom. That showed me that she will go to extreme lengths to get this guy to say he did that crime.
