GOP Haters going after Michelle Obama

No I don’t want to talk about the Grammy’s which aired last night because I didn’t watch! Some of the young artist of today lack talent, class and a sense of decorum and I’d rather not waste my time.

I do however; want to address the Facebook page that was created for the sole purpose of rejecting Subways partnership with Michelle Obama. The image above was listed on their page and is an indication of the racist intent to insult the first lady behind the guise of their gripe.

The creator or creators of this page have twisted the message and the meaning as dictatorship and a deplorable way of insulting the first lady’s efforts. Yet obesity has been cited as a contributing factor to approximately 100,000–400,000 deaths in the United States each year.

With high blood pressure, diabetes and other weight and health related diseases on the rise, how can Michelle Obama’s initiative be so misconstrued?

The bigotry of these individuals are bold  and their ignorance heralds the sadness of their misguided reasoning to reject the positive results of the first lady’s initiative’s in the first place.

How sad!!

President Obama, Racist, Racist remarks

Artist Blogger draws an ‘APE-LIKE’ depiction of President Barack Obama on his blog.

Cartoonist Ted Rall, who regularly posts on the liberal blog Daily Kos recently posted a recent cartoon by Rall which depicted President Obama as an “ape” with the caption: “Calm the fuck down”.

According to the site’s gatekeepers, who cautioned Rall against making future postings which similarly characterize the president in a derogatory manner, their message to him said in part:

Your depiction of Barack Obama as ape-like is intolerable. Being critical of Obama, even ferociously so, is not the problem. Through British and American history, blacks have been subject to racist depictions of themselves as monkeys and apes. No excuse is acceptable for replicating that history, no matter what your intent. If it happens again, your posting privileges will be suspended.

Rall isn’t taking the criticism lying down either and says; since the Daily Kos doesn’t pay him for the content, therefore, he’s not changing his style.

He explains: “I might consider altering the way I draw a political figure for a paying client. A very high-paying client. Someone who employed me full-time. I’m sure not going to alter my drawing style for $0.00 money.”

Conversations Of A Sistah, George Zimmerman, Law and order, Not guilty verdict, Tracy L. Bell, Trayvon Martin

“Not Guilty” So why is God being blamed? Tonight on “Conversations Of A Sistah”

George Zimmerman (right), a neighborhood watch volunteer in Sanford, said he was acting in self-defense when he shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on Feb. 26, 2012.

Since the “not guilty” verdict of George Zimmerman in the killing of Trayvon Martin, the media has been abuzz with all kinds of outlandish and racist rhetoric regarding the outcome of the case. One Ivy League religious studies professor even called God a white racist in the wake of Zimmerman’s acquittal.

The questions being asked to me on and offline is, where does God stand in all of this? Why has God turned his back on this tragic situation? People are searching for answers and can’t understand why God has allowed such an injustice act to prevail.

Join me live on the air tonight at 8:00 PM on “Conversations Of A Sistah” via “Conversations Live” as I address God’s position concerning this matter.

I will also be taking your calls, questions and comments on the air at 1-347-426-3645, please press “1” to speak to the host.

Until then, sound off here and I’ll meet you tonight on the air.
