“Kim Kardashian Files For Divorce”

Is anyone surprised that this heifer filed for divorce after being married for about 2 minutes to NBA star, Kris Humphries. Looks like the made-for-TV wedding between the two are over.

I’m so glad I ignored my thirsty Ceo readers who wanted me to cover their sham of a wedding, when I knew Kim Kardashian was just fascinated with the lust of the moment but now the thrill is gone.

They fooled the public with their shenanigans and all of the media’s attention, and now she’s filing for divorce while VH1 is still running what they’re calling “her fairytale wedding” on their reality television show.

So please believe., it’s all about the benjamins.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce Monday morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to Kris Humphries  … TMZ has learned, and now we have the documents.

We’re told even though the marriage was short, she is not seeking an annulment. It’s a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites “irreconcilable differences.”

The date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011.  According to the docs, Kim wants Kris to foot his own lawyers’ fees and she’ll pay hers.  And, she wants the court to reject any move by Kris to get spousal support.

And, the docs list the length of the marriage as a measly 2 months.

Kim has hired disso-queen Laura Wasser, who has repped the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel’s almost ex-wife.

As we first reported, the couple has a prenuptial agreement … Kim made sure of that.

“Whitney Houston Got Diva-ish On A Delta Flight To Detroit Yesterday”

The R&B singer got funky with flight attendants on a Delta flight out of Atlanta, GA., yesterday when she was asked to buckle up before take-off.

It was like Whitney ignored them, which ultimately held up the flight. Another crew member came over and warned Houston that if she didn’t buckle up, she would have to get off the plane.

Whitney eventually allowed one of the crew members to grab the buckle and fasten her seatbelt for her, before the plane was then cleared for takeoff.

Sources said, “Whitney was pissed because she had missed an earlier flight and was on her way to Detroit for her first day of shooting a new movie.”

“Cops Pinned Fake Drug Charges On Innocent People”

Former Detective Stephen Anderson, pictured above with the slight smirk on his face, testified under a cooperation agreement with prosecutor how it was common practice to fabricate drug charges against innocent people to meet their arrest quotas.

The bombshell testimony from Stephen Anderson is the first public account of the twisted culture behind the false arrests in the Brooklyn South and Queens narcotics squads, which led to the arrests of eight cops and a massive shakeup.

Anderson, testifying under a cooperation agreement with prosecutors, was busted for planting cocaine, a practice known as “flaking,” on four men in a Queens bar in 2008 to help out fellow cop Henry Tavarez, whose buy-and-bust activity had been low.

“As a detective, you still have a number to reach while you are in the narcotics division,” Anderson said.

The judge pressed Anderson on whether he ever gave a thought to the damage he was inflicting on the innocent.

“It was something I was seeing a lot of, whether it was from supervisors or under covers and even investigators,” he said.

“It’s almost like you have no emotion with it, that they attach the bodies to it, they’re going to be out of jail tomorrow anyway; nothing is going to happen to them anyway.”

Jose Colon sued the city and was paid $300,000 to settle a false arrest suit he and his brother Maximo, who were falsely arrested by Anderson and his partner Tavarez. A surveillance tape inside the bar showed they had been framed.

A federal judge presiding over the suit said the NYPD’s plagued by “widespread falsification” by arresting officers is a corruption that’s been exposed in numbers.

“Eddie Long Paid His Accusers To Keep Silent, But They’re Talking”

The good Bishop Eddie Long thought he paid his accusers 1.5 million in settlement money for their silence but they have been doing interviews and revealing details of the case in the media.

Attorneys representing Eddie Long’s church have informed three of the five young men who accused the Bishop of sexual coercion that they intend to recover nearly $1 million from their financial settlement according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

The letter, last week by the Atlanta law firm Drew Eckl & Farnham, alleges that Jamal Parris, Spencer LeGrande and Centino Kemp violated terms of a confidentiality agreement outlined in the settlement with Long and New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. The firm is seeking at least $900,000 already paid to the three accusers, according to people involved in the settlement but not authorized to speak publicly.

The letter could simply be a threat, said Atlanta litigator Hayden Pace.

“No one’s going to turn over the money just simply because you’ve asked for it,” Pace said. “You’re going to have to earn it back by establishing your right to it in the courts.”

The five (5) accusers are now considering book deals and movie rights.

I’m sure Eddie Long is pissing in his cleric clothes, knowing that his truth will indeed be revealed. The accusers wanted an admission of guilt from Long and never received it, so they will attempt to do whatever necessary to get satisfaction from this horrible experience.

“Sherri Shepard’s Father Is Concerned About Her Hubby”

The View talk show host got married last weekend in Chicago and her dad is totally against the marriage as is her new mother-in-law. Sherri’s dad is concerned because Sherri has to support the family and he’s unhappy with Sherri’s plans to make her new husband her manager.

Ms. Shepard married Lamar Sally in a modest ceremony with Elizabeth Hasselbeck (her View co-host) as one of her 8 bridesmaids.

As for the mother-in-law, it’s the usual, “she’s not good enough for her son” and she thinks Sherri talks too much. And to make matters worse, the mother-in-law makes no secret of the fact that she likes one of Lamar’s ex-girlfriends better than Sherri. How tacky.
