Police now know that a serial killer was hard at work dumping bodies in Long Island, NY since December, 2006 — they just don’t know who he is, or how many bodies they will ultimately find.
Yesterday, police unearthed a 9th set of bones that might belong to a woman who went missing after advertising her escort services online. 4 of the 9 women found so far along a quarter-mile strip of beachfront property, were prostitutes who advertised on Craigslist.com or other similar websites.
The woman who sparked the search was Shannon Gilbert, 24, a prostitute who went missing after she ran screaming from the home of a wealthy client in the gated millionaires’ community of Oak Beach.
Neighbors alerted the police when she knocked on a door screaming, “they’re trying to kill me,” before running off. She was never seen again. Police don’t believe her client was responsible for her disappearance.
The peaceful serenity of the quiet retirement community has been shattered. Homes that once listed for $1 million are now going for $600,000 or less.

I really feel bad for these women and I pray for their famailes but really people? Hello? Not only was there the craigslist killer which sent out a note of caution to anyone wanting to sell themselves via the internet but I saw on CNN just a couple weeks ago where a man was killed over a iphone or some other gadget that he put on craigslist and the person “purchasing” it robbed and shot him. Craigslist is hood folks…if it were a street it would be MLK Blvd with no street lights! Get a webcam ladies so u can sell your goodies in the comfort of your own home!

A mother of five went missing after going to Wal Mart here in GA. I immediately sent up a prayer. Then her husband was on camera. This dude was sobbing with not a tear in sight. He said to bring her home and he’d give whoever whatever they wanted, her kids need her. It was a horrible acting job. I hope he has nothing to do with her disappearing.

Some mess…I should hope…when forensic files, 48 hours mystery, 20/20, and CSI in heavy rotation that husbends should know better…I saw one episode not to long ago where a womens husbend came up missing, she acted all sad and everything, thats until they pulled up a tape from the local home depot where she was caught on camera purchasing a shovel, garbage bags, and some tape…SMH

This is tragic indeed, however this killer has been killing longer than 2006 I saw a documentary on this and it’s been at least a decade- and he probably is some sick twisted cop I hope they find the killer and perhaps mmmmm maybe kill him – no need to provide 3 meals and a cot

I do think the serial killers who kill women are taking out anger issues stemming from their childhood – I mean some hoes would sell their own kids if they were around when she was tricking – but don’t go out murking the innocent seek some mental help
