“Alicia Keys Covers This Months Essence Magazine”

The R&B singer, newlywed mother and wife of Swizz Beats, is on the cover of this months issue of Essence magazine and she is looking some kind of pale.

Alicia tries to discredit Mashonda’s allegations that she broke up their marriage by stating this about her husband and when they started dating.

“We didn’t start seeing each other until months after they had separated.”

“I was aware of all the false things that were being said about me. It definitely hurt.”

Explaining why she hasn’t talked about it until now Alicia admitted,

“I was sure that if I engaged it would become back-and-forth like some sick entertainment, which goes against everything I believe and would have made things worse”

Well, shortly after the excerpt of Alicia’s interview went online, Mashonda Tweeted the following indirect but direct response.

“I Like Braxton Family Values, But Tamar Too Much”

The reality television show about Grammy award-winning singer Toni Braxton and her sisters, Traci, Trina, Towanda and Tamar is a good show but that Tamar; is over the top.com.

I’ve read that Tamar used to be a notorious groupie and back up singer for Toni back in the day! And that she has been around the block with numerous players and entertainers.

If you watch the show, you know that Tamar is married to Toni’s manager, Vincent Herbert, a music producer, who also produces wild ass Lady Gaga and other well-known entertainers.

Tamar and Vincent are like night and day, which is a clear indication that she’s with him for the money.

The way Tamar brags and talk about money and her many houses are a total turn-off and extremely tacky to me. It’s like she’s not use to material things. I was so comforted when I watched a recent show, and Tamar wanted to buy Vince a pair of 15 thousand dollar shades and he told her “it was a waste of money”. He shut down her ignorance and her need to show off.

Tamar apparently had a bunch of plastic surgery along with bleaching her skin because this was her a little back in the day.

Tamar is supposedly the brains behind this reality show but Toni wasn’t interested in being apart of it. Tamar knew the only way to get the publicity she needed for the show, was to have the real star, Toni Braxton on board.

I love me some Toni Braxton. She reminds me so much of me. 🙂 She’s humble, secure and so laid back., because of her I’m going to try to stay tuned but Tamar’s arrogance is turning me off!

“Last Night On Love and Hip Hop”

Last week on Love and Hip Hop Chrissy asked Jim to marry her. This week Chrissy wants to plan the wedding when Jim tells her not too, so Ms. Chrissy threatens to leave Jim if he doesn’t hurry up and set a date. Bottom line, Jim told Chrissy to “Take the dog when you leave”.

That’s what happens when you ask a “not ready man” to marry you.

Emily who is this Fab’s (person) baby’s mama, looks stupid thinking he will show up for a family photo shoot when he has clearly proven to her over, and over and over again; that they are not a family. She (Emily) is just his baby’s mama.

I like this show but the stupid chicks, no patience for…There you have it, my recap of last night’s episode.

“Howard Wins 500K Judgment Against His Baby Mama”

Orlando Magic’s Dwight Howard, recently won a $500,000 judgment against his baby mama, ‘Basketball Wives’ star Royce Reed, for violating a domestic court order against her. But Reed has yet to pay the judgment, so Howard took her to court again — this time in California.

According to TMZ.com, Howard, 25, sued Reed, 29, in a Florida court because she violated a court order, prohibiting her from talking about him in the press.

Reed is in arrears for $551,606.74, including interest. Howard, a narcissist who has never won a NBA championship ring, wants his cash now, and, apparently, he doesn’t care that Reed is the mother of his soon to be 4-year-old son, Braylon.

Howard, who is something of a religious freak, uses his high-profile as a NBA star and his Christian faith to “raise the name of God within the league and throughout the world”

When he is home in Atlanta, Howard attends the Fellowship of Faith Church in East Point, Georgia.

“Bill Cosby Told Russell Simmons To Shut”

The fuck up!!!

Really? Not the clean-cut comedian and famous father from the 80’s hit television series, “The Cosby Show?” Well, according to Russell Simmons, he did.

This verbal backlash supposedly went down at the Jackie Robinson Annual Awards Dinner on March 7., held at the Waldorf-Astoria. Simmons tried to apologize to Cosby for their ongoing beef.

The two have been sparring since 2009, when Cosby launched his “State of Emergency” campaign promoting socially conscious rap music without lyrics celebrating violence, sex or the degradation of women.

Simmons heavily criticized the effort, but tried to make amends with Cosby at the dinner.

“I wanted to find him to apologize, to tell him I was sorry about my statements and to tell him that I loved him,” the rap mogul wrote on his blog, Globalgrind.com but instead, according to Simmons, Cosby said, “Get the “fuck” out my face!” …..Whoa!

Simmons also wrotes that Cosby “walked by me and bumped me with his shoulder as I walked offstage after presenting my award to Sean Combs, who was honored at the event . . .I then loved him even more.”

Through a rep, Cosby had this to say, “I don’t want to discuss it.”
