If you saw Braxton Family Values last night, you know that Toni’s sisters (Towanda, Trina, Tamar and Tracy) tore up “the Lord’s prayer” at the drop of a dime! Hot damn!!! I gained a whole new respect for those sisters, they really laid it down, harmonizing on point and all.
Tamar’s husband Vince met with the sisters to encourage them to record a “Braxton Family album”. The conflict comes because Toni wants to focus on her own projects not one with her sisters. However Tamar made it clear that without Toni onboard, she will not participate.
I really like Tamar’s husband Vince, he seems straight forward, kind, down to earth and business savvy. Girlfriend’s got herself a good man! And that’s thanks to Toni.
Aside from Towanda having a husband who is living off of her by not working and Trina having an ugly husband who has no sex appeal whatsoever, this show is really starting to grow on me.

Actually IMO, Tamar has a right to toot her own horn. She has an amazing voice and the album she had back in the day had some great songs on them. I actually liked those songs much more then any of Toni’s. I think a lot of people who haven’t heard her would be surprised at how great she sounds. JMO!

I don’t know about all that. I think that girl is just spoiled rotten, and never had anyone put her in her place. She’s probably the youngest, plus once she had that nose job she got kinda cute, so Vince obviously dotes on her.
Add to that the fact that she KNOWS if there isn’t any conflict or drama, the show will not succeed. Heck, I don’t even SEE Sinbad’s show anymore on their shared network….why? Because although his family is cute, they don’t have ‘drama’. Probably better for them in the long run.
