Conversations Of A Sistah is back!!!!

And to kick off tonight’s online show our special guest is an athlete, a trainer, and an advocate for fitness. Against all odds, he’s a goal driven businessman, a son, a father, a mentor and man on a mission not just to inspire boys and men but any and everyone who has ever had a dream, a goal, a wish, or a hunger to be a better, stronger and successful individual. He’s trained professional athletes as well as personal fitness training. He’s a motivational speaker and fitness is his drive!

You Just Don’t Wake Up Strong” is his new book which is a testament to both his failures and his successes in life. From being told by doctors that he would never be able to play football, to becoming the number one top-performing player at Delaware State University.

Everybody is on a fit kick” these days and working to make it a healthy choice and lifestyle change.

  1. Can def use some pointers from this guest. he looks really fit. my problem when i’m sore the run turns me off. do i push myself or slow down? Hm

      1. It’s a lifestyle baby not a shape or a size. can you hike a flight of stairs can you run a mile? can you walk a block without being over exhausted? that’s being in a shape. Please know the difference. especially b4 you bark on or about other sistahs. #justsaying

      2. IT’S IN THE GENE. IF YOU GOT BIG BONE FOLK IN YA DNA YOU WILL BE BIG BONED BUT EXERCISING SHOULD BE A LIFESTYLE. SOME GO AT IT FOR YEARS WHILE OTHERS JUST CAN’T BE BOTHERED. KUDOS TO THE WOMEN FOR AT LEAST TRYING.

      1. toning and getting in shape is a process. it does not happen over night which is why I’m guessing he got his title: you don’t just wake up strong. you have to work at it.
