Bill Cosby was found guilty of drugging and molesting former Temple University staffer Andrea Constand in his home in 2004, paid the alleged victim an undisclosed sum of $3.4 million in 2006 to settle a civil suit alleging he sexually assaulted her.
How is it that a case which was closed 12 years ago, could go to trial after being sealed? The proposal of the lawsuit called for depositions and other documents produced during the pretrial discovery phase to remain confidential for 14 days. Due to the confidentiality between all parties involved, certain documents from the case had been under seal until the Associated Press filed to unseal them following a flood of new allegations against the entertainer.
U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno decided to unseal the documents although the court rule state, that unless there is an objection, documents filed in the court will be unsealed automatically two years after the conclusion of litigation. Cosby’s lawyers objected of course but the judged unsealed the deposition anyway.
Was this a witch hunt or was justice served for the alleged victims?

No this was not her rodeo it was the DA which is why Cosby lashed out at him. That man went after him because the DA when it happened failed to try him.

I believe it was all a setup from the judges who opened this old deposition up all the way down to the DA.
No Mr. Cosby is not innocent but cot damn they wasn’t satisfied until they killed the career.

I don’t know about lynched. But it certainly sounds like a set up to me. He may be guilty of adultery but rape😏 I don’t think so.

Cosby wont spend a day in jail and I hope his team of lawyers win the appeal. The judge on the case was whacked for allowing jurors to hear a 13 year old deposition. They wanted a conviction bottom line.

Somebody wanted to ruin Cosby’s career and they did just that. He rode the wave of success until he pissed somebody off. Killing his son wasn’t enough so they came back for his soul, the heartbeat of his career and sabotaged his legacy. Did he have a hand in it, possibly by fucking with one woman who brought back a slew of women crying the same foul. Smh. Either way it’s a disappointment

He loved his son. Ironically the Cosby show mimicked his real life family. Claire Hanks, that was Camille’s maiden name. Five children because that’s what he had. He played that role well.

He has to register as a sex offender 😏 that’s shocking. Not like he rapped a young girl yesterday. This is the part that’s like. Seriously? Shut happened eons ago yet he has to register as a sex offender😲☹

And he has no grandchildren no son n laws. I think that’s a bit weird. His daughters probably had a hard time bringing men home to meet him. I’m sure he was a different person at home and outside of character.

After all the accusations he was found guilty. Amazing no evidence just accusations 🤔 yea he was lynched first in the media. Justice? Yea for all those women who were paid to help demolish his career.

I don’t believe any of the women involved are or were victims. I believe they were opportunists. One of them claimed they were raped at the play boy bunnie mansion. And ain’t no telling what all went on there.

Actually she played devils advocate, we don’t know Bill Cosby we can only judge him by the way the media betray him. His role as America’s #1 dad was a role, a role he played was he Cliff Huxtable in real life? Probably not. Gotta think from both ends here and that’s what Tracy did. she ended with something like “the reason we’re seeing Cosby fall is because of his narcissism and arrogance” and I believe that.

The Yale University Board of Trustees has voted to rescind Bill Cosby’s honorary degree after he was found guilty on three counts of sexual assault.
The decision marks the first time the Ivy League university has rescinded an honorary degree since its founding in 1701. The 19-member board voted on Tuesday to take back the comedian’s honorary doctorate of humane letters, awarded in 2003, according to a statement released by a university spokesman.
