I didn’t realize basically she’s had him since a newborn so all his formative years thus far have been spent grooming him to become a girl. I remember a few weeks back seeing the little girl (his sister) with a plaster cast on her arm, (I know a lot of kids get injured accidentally) but I can’t help but think something sinister could have gone on.
