“When Your Programming is Real” Tonight on “Conversations Of A Sistah”

Some women were raised to give into timelines as a basis of accomplishment. The ultimate goal is to have it all as they’ve been programmed to believe, with marriage and a successful relationship a priority.

But what happens when “having it all” doesn’t seem to be a reality? Why are so many women mentally programmed to believe they’re a failure or unfulfilled?

Tune in tonight at 6:30 p.m. EST on “Conversations Of A Sistah” as I delve into the topic: “When Your Programming is Realon “Conversations Of A Sistah”

Hope to see you all on air!!!

  2. Things happen when they are supposed too and if I’m not married by a certain age. Oh well. waiting to exhale is prime example. Terry McMillan’s situation is too.

  3. Yes ain’t nothing wrong with being single but when you get up in age, loniless starts to find you. I want good companionship if nothing else.🙄

  4. The key for me is cultivating friendships whether at work or the gym, we need to cultivate friendships. My grandfather passed away years ago and my grandmother is not interested in dating or getting married again. She’s traveling the world with her woman friends. It’s all about balance. I want my man but I need my girlfriends too.😜

She’s all for love too but you have to be happy with whatever state you’re in. 😊 a relationship will not bring you happiness.

      1. Happy Friday ladies. 🍹🍸
I give y’all mad respect. Women are the main ones dealing with the pressures of society to meet certain expectations. And kudos to Tracy who have the courage to address it.
        Much respect!!!

  5. Tracy your commentary on the subject rocked!! Loved how you made it clear that it’s our lives to live. Our choice to make. Then you plugged in how you’re damn good and have everything to offer. I high five that!!!✋🤘 you give us women reason to be proud and not accept less.

  6. Good show. And on point. My girlfriend turned 52 and was so depressed she refused to answer the phone🙄ain’t that a trip? She didn’t even wanna celebrate. Hell life is not all about having a man but I guess for some women it is.

  7. We woman do have it hard with regards to the pressures of marriage. The when and the who are the questions often asked. We as women need to stop falling for the programming. As Tracy said live your life on your own terms.

  8. I’m not fazed.
If I don’t ever get married I’m not sweating it. Marriage is way over rated.😶anyways. And it breaks my poor mama’s heart that I feel this way.😁
