The R&B singer is reportedly suffering from a life-threatening lung disease emphysema, and doctors have warned her that she will die a horrible death if she doesn’t quit smoking and quick.
Whitney’s lungs have taken a beaten over the years and during her world tour last year, critics and fans were shocked and mystified when she became breathless on stage and had to halt performances while she recovered.
Singing and smoking is no mix for an R&B Diva, as Toni Braxton stressed (cause Lord knows them Braxton girls can sang), alcohol is a “no-no” for a belting singer as well.
According to online sources, Whitney is suffering early stages of this disease but has been warned by doctors to quit smoking in order to save her life.
Let’s pray for her people, that she’ll kick this demonic habit for good !

If it’s true and she’s sick in any capacity, I wish her all the best. It’s not uncommon for all that indulgence over the years to come back in the form of the grim reaper. I would love to see her story end in triumph instead of tragedy but I don’t know.
