The surgically crafted man, formerly known as Sonny and Cher’s daughter Chastity, just released a book and a documentary about becoming a man. Although Chaz/Chasity still has a vagina, the lesbian/transgender discusses in her book, life as a boy trapped in a girl’s body.

Chaz/Chasity volunteers with a support group for children who have gender identity issues and their families. “I relate to these kids,” he/she says. “The difference between them and myself is that I didn’t articulate it and fight for it and say, ‘No, no, no! I’m a boy!’ I have so much respect for these kids that do.”

Bono doesn’t know Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt and wouldn’t assume anything about their daughter Shiloh’s choice to dress more boyishly, but the media’s attention to the story did shed some light on gender identity. “I would love to talk to them at some point,” Bono says, “to at least let them know we have resources for them if they ever need it.”

So what Chaz/Chasity is saying is that, Shiloh is a tomboy, not because she has two older brothers, but because deep down inside she knows she was supposed to be born a boy?? And again I say: “The devil is a liar!”

  1. Lets keep it real. Shiloh is more than a tomboy. I had 3 brothers and was and still am a tomboy, BUT I have always loved dresses and heels and makeup and getting my hair did. Shiloh has a sister who dresses like a girl. Why wouldn’t she emulate her if being a tomboy is all about her having brothers?

  20. I was a tomboy growing up i had 2 older brothers i didn’t turn out to be a lesbian or transgender it was just a phase i grew out of. as you grow up you figure out who you really are. He should have said no comment whe he was asked about Shiloh.

Believe it or not, children do get influenced by the people around them, that’s why they need strong parental presence in their lives so they won’t become confused about their gender.
