According to online reports, Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor passed away today of congestive heart failure at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. She was 79.
The former child star and two-time Academy Award winner was most famous for her films “National Velvet,” “Cleopatra,” and “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?”
She was also notable for her impressive diamond jewelry collection and her notorious love life, which included 8 marriages to 7 men (she married actor Richard Burton twice).
“I never planned to acquire a lot of jewels or a lot of husbands,” Taylor said in her last major interview with Harper’s Bazaar magazine. “I have been supremely lucky in my life in that I have known great love, and of course, I am the temporary custodian of some incredible and beautiful things.”
Hello All. Wow, RIP Elizabeth Taylor, RIP. (She had the bluest of eyes!)

Megan Fox wishes. Maybe somebody told her that at some point so she thought she could act anyway she wanted to. She ruined her career with her bad attitude.

I knew that Cleopatra wasn’t black. She was was from the Ptolemy dynasty which were from Greece. The race of her maternal side is unknown.

Nooo! This is so sad!! I love Elizabeth Taylor (my mom loves her even more). I’ve probably seen more movies starring her than anyone else (love old movies). Very good actress, very beautiful (inside & out) giving her time to charities. BTW, her White Diamonds perfume smells so good.

Her movies are classics. Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Cleopatra, Giant and Elephant Walk are my favorites. Oh and Father of the Bride. I hope TMC or AMC runs all of her movies so I can record them.
